Whatever items that are not collected with sale must be left in the garage (this is the no mess rule) 2. All items must be removed The 28th of March. This gives you two days after the auction. Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction's close and will be automatically billed to purchaser's credit card on file unless alternate arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction. All payments must be made prior to any property being removed. We reserve the right to hold all goods until payment has cleared.
