Payment Instructions: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Vehicles must be paid by cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer. NO credit cards accepted on vehicles. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard on line only (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) There is a 16% Buyer's Premium on personal property. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium on vehicles. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Local online buyers can pick up their items on location by appointment. If Ewald Auctions helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. Inspection on-site will be from 9-10am on the day of auction or by appointment.

Driving Directions: Take I4 East until it ends and turns into Beville Rd (SR 400). From the intersection of Beville Rd (SR 400) and S Williamson Blvd (SR 4009) Take S Williamson Blvd (SR 4009) North towards the speedway. Take a right at S Williamson Blvd (SR 4009) and Bellevue Ave just after the Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room. Auction site is less than a mile on the right side. Look for signs.
