Signed painting depicting a US Navy F-4 Phantom taking down a Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17. This original piece by renowned aviation artist Ray Waddey, is also signed by Randy "Duke" Cunningham. Cunningham became the Navy's only Ace when he shot down four planes on May 10, 1972. Unframed work. Very good condition. The autograph was attached to the canvas. 18 by 24 inches. The September and August 1944 edition of The Beachcomber. The 67th Coast Artillery Victory March music sheet booklet. Two officer's visor caps. One green cap with US Army insignia. "M.H. Burroughs 267-78-1855" written on inside. A few small holes in fabric. One beige cap with US Army insignia. One 1941 yard-long panoramic photograph of Burroughs's unit taken in Chapel Hill, NC.

Bronze sculpture depicting WWII American paratrooper. The work does not have any apparent maker's marks. The figure stands loaded with gear, ready to jump into battle. This sculpture has been attached to a wooden base, however one leg has come loose from the base. There are scrapes on the helmet and right arm. Overall good condition. The sculpture measures 7 inches tall, 9 inches tall including wooden base.

This lot includes: a typed and signed autobiography, an RKO movie studio patch for the VB-15 bomber squadron, McCampbell's ribbon bar (missing his Purple Heart and Medal of Honor), correspondence between McCampbell and Block, the naval wings of VF-15 ace Lt.
