REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: Any refrigerated equipment sold (Excepting self contained units or walk-ins with unit directly located on top of walk-in)- Cases/Coolers/Freezers/Coolers and compressors shall take only 8" of copper immediately measuring the distance from machine connection, with the balance of the copper belonging to cleanup crew. LOADING: Forklift and Bobcat if available will be on a first come first serve basis at the rate of $60.00 per Hour (1/2 hour minimum). Loaders assume no liability for damaged items and are deemed to be working under direct supervision of the individual and or business they are loading/ moving/ for at the time. BUYERS: May bring their own forklifts with prior presentation of a current $100,000.00 Liability insurance policy naming Owner & Taylor Auction and Realty as additional insured's on a current valid certificate of Insurance.
