All parties registering and signing this document agree to these terms and conditions set forth. Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items with no assistance from Texmax or its associates. 1. Approved credit card is required to register. Must be 18 years old to register. 2. Buyer Premium shall be 13%, 10% for cash or cashiers check. Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that shall be the taxable amount. (Tax shall be charged on the buyer premium) 3. Payment is due Wednesday, May 25th and Thursday, May 26th from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. 4. Tax will be 8.25%. 5. All items sold “As Is Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties. 6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy auction items. 7. Auctioneer and auction team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest. 8. Auctioneer or auction staff are not responsible for load out or providing any equipment for same. 9. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 10. Auctioneer(s) are licensed by The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and participate in a recovery fund administered by the department. Any and all large items including those attached to the floor, wall, or ceiling, and/or hard wired or hard plumbed will require a fully insured, professional rigging team to remove. Please provide Texmax Auctions, LLC and Herbco Inc. an insurance policy with the two aforementioned entities as insured.
