- 7 Pallets The ionic bulb consists of a microchip size Ion generator powered by the bulb's own energy that is located in the middle of the base of the bulb. The Ion generator emits Ozone free negative ions. Being Ozone free, the bulb has absolutely no smell unlike other ionic purifiers.
