All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the auction company, clerks, and owners free of any liabilities in the event of theft or disappearance of items. No items are to leave premises without full payment. In the event of a dispute in the bidding, the auctioneers decision to settle the dispute is final.
