Order of Auction: large equipment will sell immediately following the real estate starting with vehicles, trucks, utility trailers, tractors, excavators, dozers, side booms, and then small items last. There will be some pumps, vacs, air compressor, etc mixed in the large items. Preview: Large equip is out and can be previewed on your own during daylight hours, call for appointment to view real estate. Loading: will be available day of auction on smaller items. Large pipe, storage containers, etc will be buyer?s responsibility to load. Removal Time: everything must be removed within 2 weeks from sale date. Neither the Seller/Auction Company are not responsible for items left after sale date. Internet Bidding: will be available by logging on www.lippardauctions.com at least 48 hrs prior to auction date to register.
