Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Grubaugh Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Grubaugh Auction Services is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Grubaugh Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Grubaugh Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Grubaugh Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Accepted methods of payment for this auction are: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. A 7% sales tax will be applied to purchases for Nebraska Residents. At the conclusion of the auction we will attempt to receive payment through your credit card held on file at Proxibid. If successful we will proceed with send your item(s) to you and then will charge your card for shipping. An invoice will be included in your package. All shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling rates will be reflected on the final invoice. Items to be shipped will be mailed within 5 days following the end of the auction. Bidders picking up their purchases must do so within 2 days of payment or call us to make other arrangements; otherwise, the items will be considered abandoned. Any gun will have a $25 fee for FFL transfer on the first gun purchased. $5 for any additional guns purchased.
