Important Note: Salvage rights stated in lot descriptions mean salvage rights to anything on the interior of the rooms. No salvage will be permitted inside the walls, above the ceiling tiles, or below the floors. Plumbing and electrical salvage is limited to entrance and exit points at the walls, floor and ceiling. Any bidder involved in salvage operations agrees to take extreme care not to damage parts of the building not specifically sold to them. All items must be removed by the successful bidder within the timeframe listed for pick up. Any items not removed with in this timeframe will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued, All salvage buyers must present a certificate of insurance to the auction company prior to removing any items attached to the building.
