In no event shall TJ's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against TJ'S or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. TJ'S will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. TJ'S reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. IN THE EVENT AN ITEM IS ACCIDENTALLY MISREPRESENTED OR CATALOGED WRONG WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE THE ISSUE. By bidding in this auction you agree to NO credit card charge backs. If one is filled we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee plus expenses and lawyers fees. There should NEVER be a reason for a charge back. If we mess up, WE FIX IT. Everything we sell we try to represent it 100% accurately and honestly. READ the descriptions so you know what you are buying. We don not guarantee grades but we guarantee authenticity of every coin we sell. We are really easy to work with but we do not tolerate fraud. Also when we ship items over $200 we insure the package in most cases for the hammer price ONLY Per federal law, but we are not liable to. Once the package leaves our office we ARE NOT liable for any issues you have with USPS or any other carrier we use. As once it leaves us, it is out of our control.
