This is not an absolute auction. Some items sell with reserve or minimum bids. Such items will not be considered sold until reserve bid is confirmed. Acceptance of a high bid is a legal and binding contract enforceable in a court of law. PAYMENT- All purchases must be settled for in full by the end of the day on the Monday following the auction. Payment may be made by wire transfer, cash, credit card or cashiers checks. If full payment is not received by the end of the day Wednesday following the auction, a $100 per day late payment fee will apply. There is a 3% buyers premium added to every purchase. A 3% convenience fee will be added for credit card purchases. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no warranties expressed, written or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for use of any item in the auction.
