Payment Instructions: A 17% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.

Shipping Instructions: COST OF SHIPPING All items shipped from this sale will be exact shipping through UPS, plus a $8.00 handling fee for each package. Buyer is responsible for all costs involved with packing and shipping. If we do not have the proper materials to pack your items, a professional packing company will pack it and that cost will be the buyers. We try to pack all items in house and will combine shipping when we can. Local pick up is incouraged. PLEASE NOTE!!!!! Some items are cleary marked in thier descriptions that the Buyer is responsible for shipping. This means Kyle Kelso Auctioneer will not ship those particular items at any cost. We will have all items packed and shipping with in 10 business days, which is two full weeks.

Checkout Date & Times: Items usually take 1-2 weeks after the sale. Contact Chad 309-221-1924 or Blaine 309-351-8192. All items must be removed/ picked up from auction site no more than three days after the auction date. or items will be forfeited.

Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kyle Kelso Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
