We will be offering choice 1 time only with the remaining balance of each lot thereafter then sold all to go. 3) Much of this estate is considered NIB, however much is considered “used”. Due to the fragile nature of these models we will strictly enforce the “as Is & where is” policy with absolutely NO guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied by Goeman Auction Service & there will be absolutely NO returns due to missing parts or breakage. Please inspect the accompanying photos closely & bid accordingly. There will be NO exceptions to this rule. Also, please note that due to minor flooding that some of the boxes got wet. The items inside were not damaged but some boxes do have water damage. All items sold on strict cash terms and on an AS-IS and Where-IS Basis with no returns. The final inspection is ultimately the purchaser's responsibility.
