Payment Instructions: A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online to reach the total sales price. Payment Credit cards on file will be billed within 24 hours of the auction. Paid invoices will be sent to you within 48 hours of the auction. CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS. Credit cards will automatically be charged after the auction. A separate charge for shipping will occur if you want us to ship. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, No credit card usage fee. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. PICKING UP All items being picked up must be picked up at our warehouse location located at 3164 White Oak Road Quarryville PA 17566 between July 8-12 7:00-4:30. No exceptions to these terms and absolutely no pickups can be made at the auction location because all the items sold online will immediately be loaded into a trailer for transport to our warehouse location. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
