We accept cash, cashiers check wire transfer and personal or company check with LETTER OF GUARANTEE FROM YOUR BANK. Wire transfer purchases must be paid in full within three (3) days of the end of the auction. Buyers cannot remove their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Nutt Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. All items will need to be removed by Tuesday, October 8, 2019 unless other arrangements have been made with auction company. Any item not picked up by October 31, 2019 will start to accrue a storage fee of $5 per day. If the item hasn't been removed by November 30, 2019 it will become abandoned property.
