Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Aspen Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Aspen Auction Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Aspen Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Aspen Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Aspen Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. On all guns, Illinois buyers must have a valid FOID card. FFL transfers and pick-up of guns is handled by Law Gun Range, Rob Warner, owner. All guns to be shipped must be shipped to a legal FFL dealer in the area or state of the buyer. On lots that have choice, winning internet and absentee bidders are required to take all of the items in that lot times the price (example: lot contains 5 items and an internet bidder wins the first bid at $4.00, the total price is $20.00). All bidding, winning bids, and any other items during the auction are the sole discretion of the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the sole determiner of all aspects of the auction while it is in progress and prior to and after the auction on items involving the auction.
