HARGETT WAS AN AVID WINE COLLECTOR AND THIS AUCTION CONTAINS MANY BOTTLES OF HIS FAVORITE WINES AND ALONG WITH A LARGE MARILYN MONROE MEMORABILIA COLLECTION.
ALL BIDDERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE WINE AND ADHERE TO YOUR LOCAL AND STATE ABC LAWS. IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK INTERSTATE SHIPPING. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PICK YOUR WINE UP AT OUR FACILITY.

Shipping Instructions: Out of state bidders need to understand that shipping is expensive, so please consider that before bidding. All packing, shipping, handling, & insurance costs to be paid by the buyer. Auction company will ship items when possible. Some items will need to be taken to The UPS Store for shipment . We will provide them with your contact info and they will contact you directly to quote your shipping fee. UPS ships items up to 150 lbs in weight. Items over 150 lbs are shipped by the UPS store using carriers specializing in shipping oversized items. HANDLING FEE: Starting today, we will be charging a small handling fee to cover our expense of handling & packing costs for items to be taken to USPS or UPS store. Fees: 1-4 items the handling fee is $7.50 if taken to USPS or the UPS store.
