Lot # 0 (Sale Order: 1 of 398)      

Real Estate will be selling at 10 am Eastern time. Buildings will be selling directly following the Real Estate Rolling Stock will be selling at 1pm Eastern time.  All other lots will sell in catalog number order.  There is a 10% buyer?s premium in effect for all on site purchases. There is a 15% buyer?s premium in effect for all on-line  purchases. No Sales Tax for Today's Auction.  Buyer responsible for taxes when transferring titles.  All items sell where is as is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids.  Payment is encouraged the day of the sale for on site bidders.  All on-line items must be paid within 7 business days. Payment terms: Cash, check, wire transfer, or any major credit card. (additional 2% CC fee will be charged for CC payments). All items are pick-up only. Smalls must be removed within 2 days. Personnel is available at no charge for loading smalls on Thursday, October 28, 2021 and Friday, October 29, 2021.  Please provide a "paid in full" invoice for loading assistance.    Buyer shall assume responsibility of all property when auctioneer says sold. Auction company is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.
