Payment Instructions: All methods of payment require a $500 approval held on your credit card at time of bidder registration. If you successfully purchase a vehicle, the $500 will be used toward the 20% deposit (minimum $2000) on your purchase. All buyer payments must be made with good funds which are defined as cash, bank wire transfers, cashier checks, traveler’s checks, and personal company checks backed by a bank letter of guarantee (contact auction house for requirements). This currently dated letter must be presented and will be attached to our copy of your bidder registration form. A 10% buyer’s fee (minimum $125) will be charged at time of settlement, for each lot purchased through internet bidding. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment with a 3% convenience charge. Bank Title Drafts are not acceptable. Arrangements can be made to leave a 20% nonrefundable cash/credit card deposit (minimum $2000) for each vehicle purchased with the balance due in the full before buyer takes possession. If the vehicle is sold on a 'Bill of Sale Only' buyer accepts all responsibility and costs in obtaining a title and/or registration in their particular state and country. If you do not contact MidAmerica at the auction site with this information, shipping and/or storage will be arranged for you at your expense. ***To become a bidder there is a $500 deposit needed. The card used initially will be charged before the auction for $500. Checkout Date & Times: All Motorcycles must be checked out and removed from the auction site on Sunday January 10th by 12:00 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made.

Driving Directions: From California: Head North on Interstate 15 to Exit 31 (Silverado Ranch Boulevard). As you exit, stay right and make your first right into the parking area for South Point. The South Point is located at 9777 Las Vegas Boulevard South. From the Rental Car Terminal at McCarran Airport: Head South on Gilespie St. toward E. Warm Springs Rd. Turn right on E. Warm Springs Rd. Then turn Left on Las Vegas Blvd. South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa is on the right hand side of the road at 9777 Las Vegas Boulevard South.

Special Terms
