Online Purchasers must make Payment in Full in 3 business days by wire transfer, cash, certified funds, cashier’s check or check w/ irrevocable guaranteed letter of credit from bank. All vehicles & equipment are being sold on an “As-Is, Where Is” basis. No warranties or representations of any kind as to the condition of these items are either implied or intended. 5.5% Sales Tax charged to all purchases, or you must provide Resale certificate Form 13 or Form 13AG to not be charged sales tax. 3% Purchasers fee to online purchasers only. All Titles vehicles are charged a $12.50 title fee. Title will be mailed to purchaser after all paperwork is completed and method of payment has cleared. Tasler Auction Service or the seller is not responsible for equipment sold separately. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Tasler Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Tasler Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Tasler Auction Service is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Tasler Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Tasler Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Tasler Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Any & all announcements made from the Auction Block take precedence over all printed material & advertising. All online purchases MUST be settled for, in 3 business days of the Auction Day. ABSOLUTELY NO Equipment will be removed from the Auction Site until SETTLED FOR and All PAPER WORK IS COMPLETED. Any/all Equipment left at the Auction Site after the Auction will be the SOLE Responsibility of the Purchaser and must be removed in 7 days, unless prior arrangements are made with the seller. Load out times 8am to 6pm, loader available. Any/all announcements made from the Block on Auction Day will take absolute precedence over any matter of print or any matter of previously printed advertising. Neither the Sellers or Tasler Auction Service will assume any liability or responsibility for transfer costs or damages to the equipment resulting in a loss to the Purchaser, either due to negligence or natural accidental occurrence circumstances. Furthermore, Purchaser will hold harmless both the Sellers and Tasler Auction Service, and their heirs and assigns, from any litigation and/or loss due to any lawsuit brought by Purchaser for any loss that he/she may endure.
