German Gewehr 33/40 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle, #705d, 8x57mm, 19.5" barrel, blued finish, laminated stock set with cupped buttplate and protective steel plate screwed to left side, inverted "V" front sight with replacement hood and tangent rear sight adjustable from 100 to 1000 meters. A steel cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel, and a black leather sling is attached to the side. Condition for both is fair to good, with patina to the cleaning rod and cracking and surface loss to the unmarked sling. Rifle is well marked "G.33/40" on left side receiver rail, and "(eagle)63/dot/1942" on top of receiver ring, with an "eagle-swastika" firing proof on the left side. Bolt handle ball is hollow. No markings on right side buttstock. Matching numbers with "eagle-swastika" and inverted "05" stamped on top of bolt handle. Safety lever with "(crown)R" on left side and large "05" on right side. "705d" stamped on underside of buttstock. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 80% finish, with toning and patina to the barrel, bands, floorplate, and trigger guard. The buttplate and protective plate have been cleaned, now with overall rust patina. Wood is very good with the original finish showing handling marks and scratches, plus roughness along the comb of the buttstock. Action operates smoothly, bore rates good with very light frosting forward of the lead and well-defined rifling. The magazine follower has been filed and the bolt will close on an empty chamber. Kar 98k Mauser Borsigwalde 243 Code Luftampt Proofed Bolt Action Rifle, #4099f, 8x57mm, 23.6"barrel, blued finish, laminated stock set with flat buttplate, inverted "V" front sight with attached reproduction sight hood and adjustable tangent rear sight. A good condition cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel and a fair condition black leather sling is attached. Rifle is marked "243/1940" on top of the receiver ring with a partially visible "Mod.98" on the left side receiver rail. Three "(eagle)26" stamps are present on the right side receiver ring and on top of the barrel. "eagle-swastika" firing proofs are stamped on the left side receiver and barrel and appear to have been refreshed to enhance their appearance. "Do" is stamped on the left side barrel. Right side buttstock is stamped with an "(eagle)L" and a "Droop wing eagle/WaA26" stamps. There is a "P" stamp on the underside of the stock behind the pistol grip. Matching numbers on bolt assembly, floorplate, and front barrel band. Mismatched number on buttplate. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 75% finish, with most parts showing some amount of frosting or toning and patina to the buttplate. Wood appears to have been sanded and stained with minor de-lamination cracks around the recoil lug. Action operates smoothly, bright bore rates as very good with well-defined rifling. WWI Imperial German 1917 Dated Navy Luger, #8381, 9mm, 6" barrel, rust blue finish, straw-colored small parts, checkered walnut grips, inverted "V" front and two-position adjustable rear sight with "V" notch, and stock lug. Includes one tin-plated magazine with concentric circle wood base. Magazine base with "(crown)M" Navy proof mark. Toggle is marked "DWM" with a "1917" chamber date. All visible numbers matching, grips are not numbered. Imperial Navy proof mark and two "(crown)M" acceptance marks are visible on left side of receiver. Left side of barrel with Imperial Navy "(crown)" proof mark, bottom with "(crown)M"; "1917" on left side of the front sight base. Pistol is in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% blue, showing a little normal light wear at the muzzle, highpoints, and lower edge of the grip frame.  Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grip screws have been enhanced. Checkering detail is crisp, and the grips show little handling wear. Action, hold open and safety function properly. Bore is bright with excellent rifling. 1937 Dated Mauser S/42 Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Matching Magazines and Holster, #5061X, 9mm, 4" barrel, blued finish, checkered walnut grips, with dorsel fin blade front sight and fixed rear sight with "V" notch. Both magazines are blued wraparound body types with aluminum bases and are stamped with matching serial numbers and "(eagle)63" inspection stamps, one is stamped with an additional "+" symbol. Both are in excellent condition. The brown leather holster is stamped "FR&K.VOEGELS/KOLN-DEUTZ/(eagle)/WaA387/5061" on rear. Condition is fine showing fine surface cracks, handling marks, and scuffs to the flap. All stitching and fittings are present. The loading/disassembly tool is stamped with an "(eagle)63" on the front. Condition is very good with slight patina. Pistol is made by Mauser and marked "S/42" on forward toggle link with "1937" date on top of chamber. There are "stick eagle" firing proofs on the right side receiver and barrel and two "(eagle)63" inspection marks on the right side receiver. Matching visible numbers on underside of barrel, front of the frame, left side of receiver, extractor, front and rear toggle link, trigger bar, receiver axle, and takedown lever. Condition overall is excellent, the metal retaining approx. 96%-97% finish, with light wear to the muzzle and right side receiver. Grips are excellent. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes one blued steel magazine. Lower magazine spine is marked with an illegible waffenamt which looks like "(eagle)88". Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof, and "(eagle)135" waffenamt. There is an additional "(eagle)135" waffenamt on left side of the frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a brown leather softshell 1943 dated gxy (Gebr. Klinge, Lederwarenfabrik, Dresden) holster and additional magazine. Backside of the holster with maker's mark and is also stamped "(eagle)WaA706". Additional magazine with "(eagle)88" waffenamt on the lower portion of the spine. Pistol is in near excellent overall condition. Approx. 95% factory blue remains with some normal thinning at the front grip strap, left side front edge of the slide, and at the muzzle. Factory lettering, proof marks, etc. are clear. Grips shows normal light handling wear, no chips or cracks. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Near excellent bore is bright with well-defined rifling. Holster is very good+ showing signs of moderate age and wear, with intermittent light scuffs, scratches, and a few spots of dark staining. Maker's stamps are clear. U.S. International Harvester Semi-Automatic M1 Garand Rifle, #5133943, .30-06 cal., receiver marked "U.S. RIFLE/CAL..30 M1/INTERNATIONAL/HARVESTER/5133943", and the 24" barrel is marked "LMR D6535448 11 54 A38 P M" on the right side. The marked parts are IHC and the unmarked parts are correct for this rifle. The parkerizing is very good except for wear on the buttplate and trigger guard and gas cylinder area. Stock has a "(boxed)(eagle)" cartouche on the left side with the "(circle)P" proof at the pistol grip, and the number "1245" is stamped in the barrel channel. Stock is very good with scattered marks from use, the heaviest near the op-rod and left side of receiver. There is a tape smudge below the butt swivel. A Certificate from the CMP is included. A fair condition muzzle cover and a very good condition reproduction tan leather sling are attached. Scope is marked "eso/+/Z.F.41/1". Condition is very good with mild toning. The three-post reticle is clear but the optics are slightly dirty. The reproduction mount is marked "duv/(eagle)214" on the left side. Condition is good with damage to the center screw head. Rifle left side receiver rail has been remarked "Mod.98" over an older identical mark. Top of receiver ring marked "(eagle)135/byf/44". There are "eagle-swastika" firing proofs on the left side receiver ring and barrel. There are no markings on the stock. Bolt assembly appears to have been renumbered to match. The stamped trigger guard/magazine floorplate are marked "byf" with no serial numbers. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 80% finish, with patina to the front sight and wear to the barrel and trigger guard/magazine floorplate. Wood has been sanded and is now good with darkening around the receiver. Action operates smoothly, bright bore rates as very good with very good defined rifling. No visible import marks. Magazine is marked "P.38" on the left side and is stamped with an "(eagle)359" on the rear spine. A matching serial number is stamped on the front of the floorplate. Condition is very good showing wear with patina to the right side. The brown leather first type holster is marked "BECKER Co./BERLIN/1940/(eagle)/WaA 100" on the rear with two handwritten names on the inside flap. Condition is good with scuffs, handling marks, and darkening to the surface. All fittings and stitching are intact. Pistol is marked on left side slide "P.38/applied ac40 with "open top 4". There are additional "ac" stamps on the front of the left side trigger guard and bottom of the barrel. Right side slide marked "(eagle)359/firing proof/(eagle)359 final acceptance stamp". There are additional (eagle)359" stamps on the left side frame, right side barrel, right side block, and also on small parts. Matching numbers on frame, slide, and barrel. No import marks. Factory markings are clear on left-side slide. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 80% finish, with wear and scratches to the right-side slide, patina to the barrel, and overall brown toning to much of the finish. Grips are marked "(eagle)359/465" on the inside of each grip. Condition is close to excellent showing light handling marks. Scarce German WWII P.38 Walther ac/44 Semi-Automatic Pistol, with FN-Made Frame and Holster, #5956g, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blued finish, black Bakelite grooved grips, dovetailed blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-notch, hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, bottom magazine release, and later reinforced frame. No magazine. The first type, brown leather holster is stamped on the rear "(circle)ndk"/eagle-swastika/WaA 77", "(circle)44", and "(circle)P38". There is an ink handwritten name on the inside flap, possibly by a U.S. soldier. Leather remains supple. Condition is good with scuffs and cracking to the surface and corrosion to the steel lock. All stitching and fittings are intact. Pistol is marked on left side slide "P.38/5956g/ac/44". Right side slide marked "(eagle)359"(acceptance)/eagle-swastika firing proof", "(eagle)359" (final acceptance). There is a "(eagle)140" on the left side frame indicating mfg. at the FN plant in German occupied Belgium that was sent to the Walther plant for final assembly. There are "(eagle)359" stamps on the left side barrel and the right side of the bright locking block. Matching numbers on frame, barrel, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Condition overall is good, the metal retaining approx. 30% finish, showing overall wear, patina, and pitting to the finish. Grips are very good showing light wear, scratches, and handling marks. Includes a 1937 dated brown leather Stecher Freiberg holster. Backside is also marked with an illegible waffenamt. Pistol is in good condition retaining approx. 70% blue. Showing general wear to the muzzle and edges, with moderate frosting, patina, and light pitting scattered throughout. Finish on the front grip strap is worn and now has a primarily brown patina. Straw colors show considerable wear and darkening. Factory lettering and proof marks are legible. Grips show age and wear that is consistent with the overall condition of the pistol. Including flattening to the checkering detail and oil darkening. There are no chips or cracks. Action, hold open and safety function properly. Bore displays some areas of light frosting. Rifling shows moderate wear but is still clearly defined and rates as good overall. Holster is in fair condition displaying scuffs and scratches from service use, with some creases and age cracking. First Variation WWII German Walther ac-41 P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Matching Magazine, #9898, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, high polish blue finish, ribbed dark brown Bakelite grips, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with "U"-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes one blued steel magazine. Left side of the magazine is marked "P.38" and has two "(eagle)359" waffenamts on the spine; matching serial number (9898) on the baseplate. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and two "(eagle)359" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of the frame; "ac" on left side of the trigger guard, "ac" on bottom of the barrel lug. Back of each grip is marked with matching number "898" and "(eagle)359" waffenamt. Additional matching numbers are located on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Condition is fine. Approx. 92%-93% factory metal finish remains. Showing some very mild pitting and moderate finish loss at the muzzle and right side of the slide, wear to trigger guard bow, and normal holster wear to the edges of the slide. Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grips show normal light handling wear and rate in near excellent condition. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Japanese Type 14 Nambu Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines, Holster, and Accessories, #24889, 8x22mm Nambu cal., 4.61" barrel, blued finish, grooved hardwood grips, inverted "V" front sight and fixed rear sight with square notch. Magazine #1 is nickel finished with an aluminum base and stamped "019" on the rear over an old number. Condition is very good with a bright color. Magazine #2 is blued with an aluminum base and stamped "376" on the rear. Condition is good with wear and toning to the finish. The Type IX rubberized canvas holster with strap is marked with a small character under the flap. Condition is good with fading and separation to the strap. All fittings are intact. The spare striker and steel cleaning rod are in very good condition. Pistol is marked on right side frame (Nagoya Arsenal symbol) and a "ro" Series mark. Date stamped below "19.3" for production in March 1944. Matching number on bolt. Left side frame marked with characters for "Type 14". Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 80% finish, with patina to the grip straps and overall darkening and toning. Japanese Type A Papa Nambu Semi-Automatic Pistol, #5625, 8x22mm Nambu cal., 4.75" barrel, blued finish, checkered hardwood grips, inverted "V" front sight and tangent rear sight adjustable to 500 meters. A good condition steel lanyard loop is mounted to the rear frame. Single magazine is nickel finished with an aluminum base and is stamped "4403" on rear. Condition is good with rust to right side and overall patina. Pistol is marked on top of chamber with the symbol for the Tokyo Arsenal and on the right-side frame with three characters for "Nambu Type", the left side with two characters for "Army Type". There are small inspection marks on the lower front of the grip strap. One-piece frame as produced by the Tokyo Arsenal, this model has a single recoil spring contained in a channel on the left side of the frame. Safety is mounted to front grip strap. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 40% finish, with pitting to the barrel and patina to both sides of the frame and rear grip strap. Left side grip has faint painted characters visible. Condition is good with a chip missing from the forward edge at the magazine release and both sides showing wear to the checkering. Bright bore rates as good with good rifling. Action appears to operate smoothly but will not go forward into battery. Est.: $1,500-$1,800. (C&R/PPT)

Left side of magazine is marked with matching serial number "010556" and has two "(eagle)359" waffenamts on the spine. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and two "(eagle)359" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of the frame. Left side of slide with "Walther Banner" logo. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, locking block, and magazine. No import marks. Includes a leather hardshell 1940 dated Joseph Moll holster. Backside of the holster with maker's mark and is also stamped with an illegible "(eagle)WaA?27" waffenamt. Pistol is in very good condition. Approx. 70% factory blue remains. Wear to the muzzle, edges of the slide and front grip strap accounts for most of the finish loss. Front grip strap now has a mostly brown patina. There is a little very mild pitting in the areas of finish loss on the slide. Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grips show moderate handling wear, no chips or cracks. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Bore is near excellent with strong rifling, and only a few tiny salt and pepper type blemishes. Holster rates in fair condition, showing general scuffs, scratches, and surface cracking. Maker's stamp is legible, waffenamt is worn and partially visible. Stitching remains tight. Lot includes a period brown leather police style flap holster in very good condition with tight seams. Mfg'd 1945. Pistol is in fine overall condition, retaining approx. 92%-93% thinning blue finish, with even holster wear, light scrapes, and highpoint edgewear along the slide. Frame shows numerous machining marks, as is appropriate on these later production pistols, with the front strap the best example. Grips are fine and fit well. The crossed cannons at the back are faint. The plastic Keyes grips are good with scattered wear marks. Slide is marked "REMINGTON RAND INC./SYRACUSE N.Y. U.S.A." on the left side which is the second style of marking, with a "P" on top and standard fixed military sights. The 5" parkerized barrel is marked "P" with a frosted bore. Slide shows original finish with some patina; receiver is excellent and may have been refinished. The WWII magazine is L marked for M.S. Little. Action works properly, bore is frosted.
