Soviet TT-33 Tokarev Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and P.38 Holster

Soviet TT-33 Tokarev Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and P.38 Holster, #NW1435, 7.62x25mm, 4.6" barrel, blued finish, checkered hardwood grips, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-notch, and lanyard loop. No safety lever. Both magazines have lanyard loops on floorplates. Magazine #1 is stamped with a matching serial number. Condition is good with dents and patina to the left side. Magazine #2 is stamped with a mismatched number (682). Condition is good with wear and darkening to the finish. The black second type leather holster is stamped "CXB/43/P38" on the rear. The front body has exposed holes where the thread was re stitched. Condition is very good with flaking, impressions, and darkening to the finish. All fittings are in place. Pistol is marked "NW1435/Izhevsk Arsenal symbol/1942" on left side frame with a matching inscription on top of slide. A spurious "eagle-swastika" proof mark has been lightly stamped on the rear of the right-side frame. Condition overall is very good as refinished, the re-blued metal retaining approx. 95% finish, showing patina to the left side slide. Grips have had added varnish applied, now in good condition, with some finish loss to the right side. Bore is very good with very good defined rifling. Action and hold open operate properly. Japanese Type 14 Nambu Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster

Lot # 496 (Sale Order: 502 of 842)      

Japanese Type 14 Nambu Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster, #18310, 8x22mm Nambu cal., 4.61" barrel, blued finish, grooved hardwood grips, inverted "V" front sight and fixed rear sight with trapezoid notch. The single magazine has an aluminum base and is an early nickel-plated type, without cutout for magazine retention spring. Matching number stamped on rear spine under a "dot" symbol indicating this was issued as a spare magazine. The tan leather holster is the Type VI variant with a nickel-plated spring closure strap. There is a very good condition white paper label under the flap printed with four Japanese characters. There is no extra magazine, ammunition, cleaning rod, or spare striker. Condition is good with handling marks, scuffs, and darkening to the leather, especially to the belt loop. A faint U.S. soldier's name "BELL" is lightly marked on the rear. Pistol is marked with the symbols for the "Nagoya Nambu-Kokubunji" factory on the right-side frame over "11.3" indicating mfg. in March 1936. Left side frame stamped with four characters identifying model "14 Year Type". Matching numbers stamped on trigger and top of bolt carrier. Condition is good, the metal retaining approx. 70% finish, with frosting and patina spots across the barrel and both sides of the frame and frosting across the front and rear grip straps. The straw trigger and safety lever retain their vivid colors. Grips are good with an even dark color showing handling marks and a scratch across the left side. Bore rates as fair to good with frosting forward of the lead with fair rifling. Action, safety, and hold open operate smoothly. No visible import marks. Est.: $700-$900. (C&R/PPT)

WWII German Walther ac-45 P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, with a bdr 1943 Dated Holster and Additional Magazine, #6712b, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blued finish, reddish-brown ribbed Bakelite grips, drift adjustable blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes two (2) blued steel magazines. Left side of the first magazine is marked "P.38v"; spine with upside down "(eagle)359" waffenamt. The second is a post-war magazine that has a "Walther Banner" on left side, spine is dated "11/59". Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and "(eagle)359" waffenamt. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of the frame. Bottom of the barrel is marked "fnh". Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a hardshell black leather 1943 dated bdr (Richard Ehrhardt Lederwarenfabrik) holster. Backside of the holster with maker's mark, part of the "WaA186" waffenamt is visible, and "P38" is present. Pistol is in very good overall condition. Finish shows general thinning and wear, approx. 70% remains. Magazine release displays a brown patina. Grips show moderate handling wear. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. There is mild frosting visible scattered throughout the bore. Lands and grooves are still clearly defined and the rifling rates good overall. Star marked blue steel magazine, color case hardened hammer, clear factory markings with Spanish proofs on the left side slide, frame and trigger guard. Barrel is marked "Cal. 08" with a "P" inside a flaming bomb acceptance mark. There is a sharp German waffenamt inspector's proof "WaAD20" at the right rear of the frame, all matching visible serial numbers, no visible import marks. Lot includes a period russet brown leather flap holster in very good condition with an additional Star marked blue steel magazine. Pistol is in near fine overall condition, retaining 80%-85% thinning factory finish, with holster wear at the muzzle, edgewear and scratches. There is scattered light surface rust and erosion on the slide and frame. Straps and trigger guard show thinning finish and edgewear. Scarce Naval Issued Beretta Model 1922 Semi-Automatic Pistol, #218969, .32 ACP cal., 3.25" barrel, blue finish, vertically ribbed metal two-piece grips with "PB" monogram...more, lanyard loop, heel release magazine, 8-rd. unmarked magazine, blade front and fixed V-notch rear sights, with exaggerated slide stop. Lot includes a period black leather flap style holster in very good condition, with an extra unmarked 8-rd. magazine. Mfg'd 1922-1932. Pistol is in good overall condition having gone entirely to a mottled silver/gray patina, with scattered surface erosion and pinprick pitting. Left side of frame is Navy marked, with an anchor surrounded by "RM"; right side bears the same markings at the rear of the frame. Markings are legible with all matching visible serial numbers and no visible import marks. Grips are very good with flattening of the vertical ribs, marks and erosion. Nazi Marked Beretta Model 1934 Semi-Automatic Pistol, #G37992, .380 ACP cal., 3.38" barrel, blade front and fixed rear sights, ring hammer, high-polish blue finish, textured plastic Beretta marked two-piece grips, lanyard ring, and one unmarked magazine with finger rest. Lot includes a Nazi marked period brown leather police style flap holster with an extra unmarked magazine. Holster is in good condition, marked with the "eagle-swastika" symbol and waffenamt "WaA76". Both markings are on the rear of the holster. Pistol is in fine overall condition retaining 88%-90% high-polish blue finish, with holster wear at the muzzle, along the slide, and highpoint edgewear throughout. Ringed hammer shows muted color case hardening. Straps have drifted to gray patina and the trigger guard shows edgewear and thinning finish. Left rear of the frame is marked with a crown over eagle emblem; right rear is marked with a "eagle-swastika" proof. Slide is unmarked and there are no visible import marks noted. The textured plastic grips are very good and fit well. Bore is very good with strong rifling and the action functions smoothly on this WWII era Nazi marked Model 1934. Est.: $700-$900. (C&R/PPT)

Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes two (2) blued steel magazines. The first magazine is marked "P.38v" on the left side and "(eagle)359" waffenamt on the spine. Second magazine is marked "P.38" on the left side "(eagle)WaA706" and "jvd" on the spine. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and two "(eagle)359" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of the frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a softshell black leather pebble grain holster. Backside is marked with cxb (Moll Lederwarenfabrik) maker code, "4", and "P38". Pistol is in good overall condition. Finish shows general thinning and wear, approx. 70% remains. Majority of the finish loss occurs on the front grip strap. There is light pitting on the right side of the barrel and right side front edge of the slide. Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grips are very good+ and show normal light handling wear. Action operates smoothly and the hold open functions properly. Hammer drop does not work and will need to be repaired. Bore is primarily bright with a little mild frosting in the grooves, rifling is well-defined, and the bore rates as very good overall. Holster is good. Pebble grain texture shows some flattening, general scuffs and scratches. One of the belt loops is an old smooth replacement. Stitching and seams remain tight. Est.: $800-$1,100. (C&R/PPT)

Soviet Tula Arsenal M91/30 Mosin-Nagant Bolt Action Rifle, with Bayonet, #9130118877, 7.62x54Rmm, 28.75" barrel, blued finish, laminated stock set, hooded post front sight and adjustable tangent rear sight. A very good condition steel cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel, and a good condition cotton and leather sling is attached. The spike bayonet is stamped "714", fits over the muzzle but will not lock into place. Condition is very good showing light wear and scratches. Rifle barrel shank is faintly marked with fletched arrow inside the five-pointed star of the Tula Arsenal over "1937/No/160056". There is a diamond-shaped refurbishment stamp on top of the receiver ring and a diagonal line inside box stamp on the right-side buttstock. Matching original numbers. Condition overall is good, retaining approx. 90% of the arsenal reblued finish. Bluing was applied over old pitting and this is evident around the muzzle and to the barrel shank and receiver. Toe of the buttstock has an arsenal spliced repair. Wood condition is very good showing an even color and scattered handling marks and flaking to the varnish finish. Action operates smoothly, dark bore rates as fair with pitting and fair rifling. Import engraved on left side receiver. Est.: $400-$600. (C&R/PPT)

A very good condition brass and steel muzzle cover is attached. A steel cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel. Condition is good with patina at the rear. Rifle is marked with clear Brazilian crest on top of receiver ring and "Mod.1908." on the right side. Left side receiver rail marked "DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND MUNITIONSFABRIKEN,BERLIN". There is a "Star B" symbol on the right-side buttstock. Matching numbers. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 90% finish. The bright receiver and bolt assembly show light toning. Wood has been sanded and varnished over old handling marks, now in good condition. U.S. Winchester Semi-Automatic M1 Carbine

U.S. Winchester Semi-Automatic M1 Carbine, #1062353, .30 Carbine cal., receiver is marked "WINCHESTER/TRADE MARK/1062353", with an adjustable rear sight. The 18" replacement barrel is marked "P/S A 1 51/(Crossed Cannons)", with a bayonet lug band. This carbine was arsenal rebuilt and the re-parkerizing is very good throughout, with wear on the round bolt and rust spots on the worn buttplate. The birch potbelly stock is marked with the boxed "FAT/82" cartouche which is Italian military. Stock is very good with some discoloration. Action works properly, bore is excellent. This carbine was military aid sent to Italy then returned, and many were sold thru the CMP which did not require import marks. No magazine. Lot includes CMP Certificate of Authenticity and invoice. WWII German Spreewerk cyq P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, #7929r, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blued finish, dark brown ribbed Bakelite grips, drift adjustable blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes one blued steel magazine. Lower magazine spine is marked with "(eagle)88" waffenamt. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof, and two "(eagle)88" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)88" waffenamt and asterisk mark on left side of the frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Condition is very good+. Approx. 92% factory blue remains. Frame shows some thinning and there is edgewear present on the slide. Right side of the slide also has a few patches of mild pitting. Grips show normal light handling wear, no chips or cracks. WWII German Walther ac-44 P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Post-War Holster and Two Magazines, #5760f, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blued finish, with mottled reddish-brown Bakelite grips, drift adjustable blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes two blued steel magazines. First magazine is marked "P.38v" on the left side; spine is marked "(eagle)359" (upside down), "WaA706", and "jvd". Second magazine is marked "P.38v" on the left side; "(eagle)135" (upside down) on the spine. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and two "(eagle)359" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of the frame. Matching numbers on the barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a post-war softshell black leather holster. No visible markings are present on the holster. Pistol is in near excellent condition. Approx. 93%-95% factory blue remains with some areas of light edgewear, thinning to the front grip strap. Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grips show normal light handling wear. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Bore is bright with excellent rifling. Holster is near excellent, showing some mild age cracking, intermittent light scuffs and scratches. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes two (2) magazines. Both magazines are marked on the left side "P.38"; spine with "WaA706" waffenamt, and "jvd". One of the magazines has a darker matte blue finish. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a post-war softshell black leather holster with no visible markings present. Pistol is in very good overall condition, showing mild patina and toning to the gray metal. Soviet TT-33 Tokarev Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and Holster, #6B1475, 7.62x25mm, 4.6" barrel, blued finish, grooved black plastic grips embossed with five-pointed star and "CCCP" logo on each side. Blade front sight and drift adjustable rear sight with U-notch. There is a lanyard ring on the left side of the frame. Both magazines have lanyard loops on bottom. #1 is stamped #40636 on floorplate. Condition is good with wear and patina. #2 is stamped #21215. Condition is very good with wear and light patina frosting. Brown leather holster has markings blacked out on underside of flap. Condition is good with stains and handling marks to the finish. All stitching and fittings are intact. A good condition steel cleaning rod is mounted to the front loops. Pistol is marked "6B1475/(five-pointed Tula Arsenal star)/1940" on left side frame and on top of the slide. Condition overall is good, the metal retaining approx. 30% finish, showing patina spots and wear to the slide and front grip strap. Grips are good with a small chip to the right side and scratches and wear to the grooves. Action operates smoothly, bright bore rates as very good with very good defined rifling. WWII Era Browning/FN Model 1922 Marked Dutch M25 No.2 Semi-Automatic Pistol, #52188, .380 ACP cal., 4.5" barrel, blue finish, checkered composite two-piece FN monogram grips, lanyard ring, 9-rd. blued steel FN marked magazine, all matching visible serial numbers, no visible import markings. Lot includes a period brown leather military holster with brass hardware, missing the cleaning rod in pouch. Holster is in good condition with tight stitching, numbered "51159" on the interior. Pistol is in very good overall condition, retaining 80%-90% thinning factory finish, with moderate and even holster wear at the muzzle, along the slide and frame. Straps show minor surface erosion and the trigger guard shows modest edgewear. Barrel, trigger guard, left side of slide and frame all show Belgian proof marks. Top of the slide is well marked with a large crown over "W" and an additional crown at the rear of the action. Action is crisp, bore is good with scattered corrosion and defined rifling. Grips are very good with chips and minor insect damage on both panels. Markings indicate that the pistol is a WWII era Dutch Army service pistol, known as an M25 No.2, often referred to as the "FN Dutch Wilhelmina Pistol". Pistol was standard issue for the Dutch Army during WWII, and large quantities were surrendered to the Germans and re-issued to the Navy and SS. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes one blued steel magazine. Left side of magazine is marked "P.38v". Right side of slide is marked with "(eagle)359" waffenamt and "(eagle)N" proof; left side with Walther "Zella-Mehlis" slide legend and "Mod. HP". Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a black leather hardshell 1943 dated jln (Deutsche Lederwerkstatten GmbH.) holster. Backside of the holster with maker's mark and is also stamped "(eagle)WaA145" and "P.38". Pistol is in good condition. Approx. 80% factory blue remains. There are areas of mild pitting scattered throughout, most notable on the sides of the slide which also show thinning and finish wear. Factory lettering, proof marks, etc. are clear. Grips display handling wear and a few small chips to the ribbed portion on each grip. Upper back corner of the right grip also shows evidence of a repaired chip. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. There is light pitting throughout the length of the bore, rifling is good. Holster is good showing general light scuffs and scratches, including a few more noticeable scratches and some mild age cracking to the lid. Chinese Type 54 Tokarev Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and Holster, #14085356, 7.62x25mm, 4.6" barrel, blued finish, grooved black plastic grips embossed with five-pointed star logo on each side. Blade front sight and drift adjustable rear sight with U-notch. There is a lanyard ring on the left side of the frame. Both magazines have matching numbers (#5356) stamped on floorplates. Condition for both is very good to excellent with one showing light wear. The brown leather Chinese holster assembly consists of a holster, two-cell ammunition pouch, and shoulder strap. All pieces are unmarked. Condition is good with the darkened leather showing stains, impressions, and handling marks. All stitching and fittings are intact. A very good condition steel cleaning rod is mounted to the front holster loops. Pistol is marked "14085356/66/1967" on left side frame. Top of slide marked with three characters for "54 Type/14085356". Condition overall is very good as reblued over old pitting, now retaining approx. 95% finish, with stains to the top of the slide and white paint added to the numbers and characters. Post-War Czech Mauser Mod.98 dou.45 Code Bolt Action Rifle, #1801l, 7.9mmx57mm, 23.6" barrel, blued finish, receiver marked "Mod.98" and "dou.45", Czech lion proof mark on receiver, with waffenampt "(eagle)63" proof marks on barrel; 5-rd. internal magazine, drift adjustable inverted "V" front sight with sight hood, tangent rear sight adjustable from 1-20, bayonet lug, no cleaning rod, laminated stock and upper hand guard, side sling slot, "SYL 946" stamped in right side of butt, cupped buttplate with hole for bolt takedown, stamped and welded barrel bands, matching number bolt, stamped large winter type trigger guard made without a floorplate, no visible import markings. Assembled just after the war, using some Nazi parts. Condition is good, the metal parts retaining approx. 80% original blued finish, with some surface rust on the barrel and trigger guard, wear from use on the high edges of the action, barrel, and barrel bands, wear lines from use on the bolt and extractor. Bore is bright with nice lands and grooves, the action and safety function properly. Stock has a dark stained color, with dings, scratches, and losses around the recoil lug. There is a 4" hairline crack running horizontally in the stock near the rear sight. Buttplate shows a dark patina with edgewear and rust patina, with heavy rust at the top. Est.: $600-$900. (C&R/PPT)
