U.S. Eddystone Model 1917 Bolt Action Rifle, #845090, .30-06 cal., receiver is marked "U.S./EDDYSTONE/MODEL OF 1917/845090", with a flip-up peep sight. The 26" barrel is a replacement marked "W/(Flaming Bomb)/3-19". The arsenal refinish is very good with light wear on the bolt and buttplate. Stock is marked with a boxed E S.A.A. (San Antonio Arsenal) on the left side and a boxed "P" proof behind the trigger guard. Stock is very good with handling marks near the cartouche. Included is a refinished Remington Model 1917 bayonet with wear on the blade and wood grip. Leather scabbard body has scuffs with patina on the metal parts, and the metal top is loose at the staple. U.S. Remington Arms Model 1903-A3 Bolt Action Rifle, #3984535, .30-06 cal., receiver is marked "U.S./REMINGTON/MODEL 03-A3/3984535", with an adjustable peep sight. The 24" barrel is marked "RA/(Flaming Bomb)/9-43", with a "P" proof underneath. All parts appear to be Remington. The metal finish is very good overall with wear on the bolt and buttplate. Stock is correct and marked "RA/(Crossed Cannons)", a boxed "FJA" on the left side and a "P" proof behind the trigger guard. The four factory symbols are stamped in front of the magazine. Stock is very good with light handling marks. Attached is a post-war OD sling marked MRT/NOV. 1951. Action works properly, two-groove bore is very good. No import marks. Est.: $800-$1,200. (C&R/PPT)

German Occupation Vis 35 Radom Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and Holster, #D2624, 9mm, 4.7" barrel, blued finish, black plastic checkered grips embossed with "FB" and "VIS" logos on each side, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with V-notch, and lanyard loop. Both magazines are marked with "(eagle)189"stamps on the floorplate. Both are in good to very good condition with wear and patina. The black leather single magazine pocket holster is marked "P 35(P)" with additional ink stamps under the flap. Condition is good with wear and scratches to the finish. All stitching and fittings are intact. Pistol is marked "F.B.RADOM VIS Mod.Pat.Nr15567" on left side slide with "(eagle)77(Radom)/eagle-swastika proof/(eagle)625" (Steyr) stamps. Left and right-side frame has "(eagle)77" stamps. Matching number on grip safety. Stamped "66178" under decocking lever. Pistol is a Type III variation with a slide hold open and decocker, made without the disassembly lever and stock slot. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 60% finish, with overall thinning and fine pitting to the left side frame, slide, and trigger guard. There is also brown toning to the front and rear grip straps. Grips are good with a chip to the left side and scratches to the right side logo. Austrian Steyr-Hahn Model 1912 Semi-Automatic Pistol, #8443W, 9x23 Steyr cal., 5" barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut two-piece grips, lanyard loop, dovetailed blade front and fixed V-notch rear sights. There are Austrian proofs on the right side of the trigger guard and lanyard loop, factory markings are clear, with all matching visible serial numbers and no visible import marks. Mfg'd 1918. Pistol is in fine overall condition, retaining 90%-95% thinning factory finish, with holster wear at the muzzle, edgewear along the slide and frame, and scattered spots of surface erosion. grips are very good with a chip at the base of the left panel and the securing screw protruding thru the right panel. WWII German Sauer & Sohn 38H Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster, #410641,.32 ACP cal., 3.4" barrel, blued finish, black plastic checkered grips impressed with Sauer & Sohn logo on left side, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-notch, and one magazine. Magazine is marked on floorplate "CAL.7,65./Sauer & Sohn logo". Condition is very good with light wear to the finish. Black leather holster is ink stamped "Walther P.P." under the flap and impressed "D.R.G.M.(AKAH company logo)" behind the closure flap. Condition is very good showing a small tear to the top of the flap and very light handling marks and impressions. All stitching and fittings are in place. Pistol is a Second Model variation marked only with "CAL.7,65" on the left side slide but retaining the safety and the cocking/de-cocking lever. There is an "(eagle)37" inspection stamp on the left side forward trigger guard web, and a "(eagle)N" proof stamp on the right-side frame under the serial number. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 80% finish with areas of pitting to the right-side slide, highpoint wear, and brown patina to the front and rear grip straps. Letters have been scratched off of the right-side grip, both sides are otherwise very good showing chips and flattening to the checkering. Bright bore rates as good with good rifling; action, safety, and de-cocking lever operates smoothly. No visible import marks. Est.: $800-$1,200. (C&R/PPT)

WWII German Contract Femaru 37M Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and Luftwaffe Issued Holster, #57730, .32 ACP cal., 4.33" barrel, blued finish, hardwood grips with vertical grooves, inverted "V" front sight and fixed rear sight with "V" notch, grip and lever safeties, lanyard ring, and two magazines with finger extensions. Magazine #1 is blued and marked with a matching serial number and "P.MOD.37" on the bottom of the finger extension and floorplate. Condition is good with wear and patina. Magazine #2 is bright and marked with a mismatched serial number (69874) and "P.MOD.37" on the floorplate. Condition is fair showing dents and reshaping. The brown leather Luftwaffe Theuermann style drop holster is stamped "jsd/1942/(eagle)L(possibly 2)" on the rear and faintly partially ink stamped "Nur fur Pistole (37M)/(Ung.)KAL.7,65" under the flap. Condition is fair with applied paint, cracks, stains, and darkening to the finish. All fittings and stitching are in place. Pistol is marked "P. Mod 37,Kal.7,65./eagle-swastika firing proof/jhv/43"on left side slide. There is a "(eagle)/WaA 173" stamp on the front of the left side trigger guard web. Matching number on barrel. Condition overall is good with almost all of the finish on the metal darkened showing fine pitting and toning. Grips are good with overall chips and handling marks to the grooves. Bright bore rates as good with good rifling. Action, safeties, and hold open operate properly. No visible import marks. Est.: $800-$1,100. (C&R/PPT)

WWII German Occupation Vis 35 Radom Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster, #A6340, 9mm, 4.7" barrel, gray phosphate finish, smooth hardwood grips, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with V-notch, hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and one magazine. Magazine is marked "(eagle)189" on the floorplate. Condition is good with patina and darkening to the finish. The black leather holster is marked with an unreadable ink stamp under the flap. Condition is good with knife cuts to the bottom and showing wear and impressions to the finish. All stitching and fittings are in place. Pistol is a Type 3 with two levers made without the disassembly lever and with no stock slot in the rear of the frame. Marked "F.B.RADOM VIS Mod.35.Pat.Nr.15567" on left side slide. There are "(eagle)77" stamps on the left side frame and slide and an "eagle-swastika" and "WaA 626" stamps on the left side slide. A faint "(eagle)77" is stamped on the right-side frame. Mismatched number on left side slide and grip safety. No import marks. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 70% finish, with thinning and patina to the slide and sides of the frame, and wear and patina to the front and rear grip straps. The right-side grip is repaired below the lower screw and there is roughness along the bottom of both sides, condition is otherwise good with an even color. Action, hold open, and hammer drop safety all function properly; bore is fair with darkening in the grooves and worn rifling. Est.: $1,100-$1,400. (C&R/PPT)

Satin black paint on shell is 90% complete with minimal scratches. Marine Coastal Police or Water Protection Police gold-toned bordered decal 90+% with mild wear (gold-colored eagles were used as Kriegsmarine used gold insignia and helmet eagle decals). Original Party shield decal on right side 85+% with scratches. Original tan leather liner in nearly complete worn condition dry with some flaking, Size stamp ?57', no other markings visible. Black ersatz dome pad in excellent condition and original drawstring, portion of black leather chin strap and fittings are present. 2) Second example with exterior and interior having satin black paint approx. 98% intact with light wear. Marine Coastal Police or Water Protection Police gold-toned bordered decal 95+% with mild wear (gold-colored eagles were used as Kriegsmarine used gold insignia and helmet eagle decals). Original Party shield decal on right side 75+% with scratches. Original tan leather liner in nearly complete in excellent condition. Size stamp ?56', no other markings visible. Black ersatz dome pad in fair condition and non-original drawstring, complete black pigskin leather chin strap and fittings are in excellent condition. WWII German Double Decal M-42 Helmet

WWII German Double Decal M-42 Helmet, possible Kriegsmarine issue. Entire shell has been brush painted in light semi-gloss gray over a darker gray color overall which is 70+% complete, showing many scratches at dome top and sides. (Originality of wartime camo application is suspect and not guaranteed.) Kriegsmarine (Navy) decal 85+%, Tri-Color National shield is hand-painted 75% complete on right side. A non-original leather liner has been re-installed and in good condition, size ?58' inked on liner, string has been installed for drawstring, original chinstrap dated 1944 installed. Inside of shell is painted in light semi-gloss gray with some rust pitting visible under the paint. Size and lot stamps are not visible thru the paint. Possible Kriegsmarine helmet, worthy of more research. Est.: $400-$500.

Front center of helmet features a German WW2 Police national eagle and swastika in silvered finish with some patina. Helmet has extended black leather protective side and rear panels. Interior of helmet has Leather chinstrap with nickel buckle, 6 tongue liner and soft leather dome cover, all interior components are in nearly mint condition. Maker's label is present but not legible, size 54 shown. An excellent early Third Reich Police helmet rarely seen in this condition. Est: $250-$400.

Lot of Two (2) WWII German Luftwaffe Helmets: 1) Double Decal M-35 Helmet. Original gloss gray paint shows scratches, surface rust, and much wear on dome and exterior. Original Luftwaffe (Airforce) decal 35+% on left side ? much of decal has been scraped off. Original Tri-Color decal 75% with scratches and chips. Original WWII leather liner has been reinstalled in complete moderately worn condition with some drying with liner band fitting poorly. Liner rivets have no paint on them, has black shoelace for drawstring, complete chinstrap in very dry condition. Shell size ?ET 64' and lot number ?3570'. Interior paint is in good condition with no dome stamp or other markings present. 2) Single Decal M-35 Helmet, looks to be factory repainted and refitted for reissue. Exterior has textured dark field gray paint in 90+% with minor scratches and light surface rust. Original style Luftwaffe (Airforce) decal looks to be re applied and is in 85+% complete. Original WWII leather liner is in complete minty condition (with ?60' in a circle-size stamp) has been reinstalled in excellent fashion with original drawstring. Folded old paper is tucked under front of leather liner. WWII chinstrap is present in good condition, maker marked and dated ?1938'. Shell size ?ET 68'and lot number ?4762'. Interior paint is in good, complete condition. An excellent large size reissue helmet in collectable condition. Est.: $400-$500/Lot.

Originality is not guaranteed but has been well applied in an original pattern and style. Partial original leather liner is present in dry condition, with dome stamp. Brown thin paint has been applied around interior skirt and an unidentifiable tactical unit symbol is painted in white at rear. Size "NS 64" and "1847" lot stamps are visible through the paint. WWII German Luftwaffe (Air force) No Decal Camo M-35 Helmet. Shell surface has been brush painted with sand textured medium tan paint in 50+% coverage, with heavy surface rust and many nicks and scratches; looks like a coat of medium green paint is under the sand camo and over the original Luftwaffe gray paint. Traces of original Luftwaffe (Air force) decal is visible under texture. Original Party shield decal on right side can be barely seen under the camo paint. Original leather liner in complete moderately worn condition, some drying and flaking, has original drawstring in place. Liner has not been removed from helmet. Complete chinstrap is present showing wear and dirt. Interior paint shows some chipping, rust and dirt, dome stamp not present, but ?Uffz Schwandner' has been painted in white on rear of skirt, along with size stamp ?Q 64' and lot number ?2793', no other stamps or markings are visible. Looks to be an original period helmet having period camo application installed over the shell. Est.: $200-$400/Lot.
