Walnut halfstock has Schnabel-type nose, scrolled trigger guard, checkered Winchester buttplate. Mfg'd ca. 1927-31. Condition is good with smooth bluish-brown metal, smooth stock showing mild use marks (esp. left butt). Action is crisp, lightly frosted bore has fine rifling. (2) Model 02, NVSN, .22 S-L-LR RF cal., 18" barrel has bead-blade front and notched rear sights. Walnut halfstock has scrolled trigger guard and checkered Winchester buttplate. Mfg'd 1902-31. BRNO/CZ ZKM 468 Bolt Action Single Shot Garden Gun, #4820, 9mm Flobert cal., 20.5" smoothbore barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut one-piece pistol grip stock, Schnabel forend, blade front and fixed U-notch rear sights. Mfg'd 1951. Rifle is in fine overall condition retaining 90%-95% factory blue finish, with light scratches, small marks, and dried oil that should clean. There are Czechoslovakian proofs on the left side of the front ring and no visible import markings. Stock is about fine showing light indentations and minor handling marks. Butt ends with integral ribbed wood providing a 13.75" LOP. Bore is bright and the action is crisp on this Czech "Garden Gun", scarce in the 9mm Flobert chambering. Est.: $500-$700. (C&R/PPT)

Rifles: 1) Winchester Model 57 Target, #10263, .22 LR cal., 22" barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut one-piece pistol grip stock, barrel band, brass tipped knife blade front and folding V-notch rear sights, 5-rd. Winchester marked detachable magazine, sling swivels, side magazine release, and period Lyman aperture sight at the rear of the receiver. Mfg'd 1928. Rifle is in very good overall condition, retaining 80%-85% thinning factory blue finish, with wear at the muzzle, scratches and scattered light surface erosion. Trigger guard and bottom metal show thinning finish drifting to gray patina. Bolt is marked with the matching serial number. Factory markings are clear. Stock is very good with light indentations, scratches and handling marks. Butt ends with a checkered steel shotgun style butt providing a 13.25" LOP. Action is crisp, bore is very good with well-defined rifling. 2) Winchester Model 67A Single Shot, NVSN, .22 S-L-LR cal., 27" barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut one-piece pistol grip stock, chrome bolt, steel bead dovetailed blade front and standard elevator U-notch rear sights. Mfg'd 1934-1963. Rifle is in fine overall condition, retaining 90%-95% factory blue finish, with scratches, mars, and light surface rust around the rear sight. Trigger guard shows modest edgewear. Factory markings are sharp with Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and front ring. Stock is fine with light indentations, scuffs and minor marks. Japanese Type I Arisaka Carcano Bolt Action Rifle, #J147, 6.5x50mm, 31.4" barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock set with two-piece but stock, inverted "V" front sight and adjustable folding leaf rear sight with V-notch. A slightly bent replacement cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel. Rifle is marked only with serial number on left side barrel shank. Condition overall is good, the metal retaining approx. 50% finish, with areas of wear, dark toning, and frosting. The underside of the stock has chips at both ends of the trigger guard, and there are also cracks to both ends of the hand guard. Wood is otherwise good with fading, scratches, and handling marks to the finish. Action operates smoothly, dark bore rates poor with pitting and poor rifling. No visible import marks. Composite German G33/40 Mauser Bolt Action Carbine, #7798d, 8x57mm, 19.25" barrel, blued finish, laminated stock with cupped buttplate and steel reinforcing plate on left side, inverted "V" front sight and adjustable tangent rear sight graduated to 1000 meters. A good condition cleaning rod is fitted under the barrel. Carbine is marked on top of receiver ring "dot/1941". Left side receiver rail has been remarked in a modern font "G33/40" and the area has been re-blued. Bolt handle has lightening recess on underside of knob. Matching number on rear of bolt handle and toe of buttstock. Numbers have been removed from safety lever and top of bolt handle. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining about 75% of its refinish, with toning to the front band and trigger guard with rust to the reinforcing plate. There are letters carved into the right-side buttstock. Wood has been sanded and now has a rough unfinished appearance with handling marks and darkening. Action operates smoothly; bore has darkening in the grooves, otherwise bright with very good defined rifling. No visible import marks. Est.: $600-$800. (C&R/PPT)

Composite German Kar 98k Mauser Bolt Action Rifle, #4999, 8x57mm, 23.6" barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock set, inverted "V" front sight with attached hood and adjustable tangent rear sight. A very good condition reproduction steel cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel. Marked "Mod.98" on left side receiver rail. All other markings are spurious and include; applied "eagle-swastika" stamps on the left side receiver and barrel, and "WaA 26" stamps applied to the right side and under side of the buttstock. Original serial number gouged out of left side buttstock and renumbered on underside. Matching numbers on bolt assembly but mismatched on trigger guard and magazine floorplate. Condition overall is good, the partially refinished metal retaining approx. 50% finish, with gold toning to the receiver and barrel and patina to the disassembly ring and buttplate. Wood is good showing chips behind the receiver tang, light handling marks, and overall darkening to the finish. Action operates smoothly, bore rates as fair with frosting and good rifling. U.S. Remington Model 1903-A3 Bolt Action Rifle, #4104716, .30-06 cal., 24" barrel is marked "RA/Flaming Bomb/9-43" with a "P" proof underneath, top of receiver is marked "U.S./REMINGTON/MODEL 03-A3/4104716". Rifle was arsenal refinished a light gray and the refinish is very good with the slightest wear. All of the visible component parts appear to be Remington. Stock is marked "RA" with crossed cannons, a boxed "FJA" on the left, and a "(circle)P" proof behind the trigger guard, with the four factory symbols in front of the magazine. U.S. Springfield Armory M1898 Bolt Action Carbine, #204586, .30-40 Gov't cal., 22" barrel is unmarked, receiver is marked "US/MODEL 1898 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY 204586" on the left side. Springfield Armory sold surplus rifle barreled actions and M1899 carbine stocks left over from the Philippine Constabulary Rifle conversion program. Rifle barrels were cut down and re-made into carbines with a banded front sight. The blued metal is light from use and shows wear with some rust at the front sight. The M1899 carbine stock has a boxed "JSA/1901" on the left side and a faint "(circle)P" proof behind the trigger guard. Stock was sanded, is in good condition, and has an oil finish showing wear. The hand guard is cracked behind the rear sight. Action works properly, bore is dark. Est.: $600-$900. (C&R/PPT)

Modified German Kar 98k Mauser Bolt Action Rifle, #1881, 8x57mm, 23.6" barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock set with flat buttplate, inverted "V" front sight and adjustable tangent rear sight with V-notch. A steel cleaning rod is mounted under the barrel and a muzzle cover is attached. Both are in fair condition. Rifle is marked on top of receiver ring with original "BSW/1938". Rifle has been modified by stamping "1881", a spurious "eagle-swastika" proof mark on the left side receiver ring and barrel shank, and a spurious "C(eagle)4" stamp on the right-side receiver ring. A stamped serial number has been gouged out of the left side butt stock. Matching serial numbers have been stamped on other parts. Condition overall is good as modified, the metal retaining approx. 35% finish, with parts showing cleaning and toning. There is rust to the barrel shank and buttplate. Wood is fair to good with handling marks and overall darkening. Bore rates as good with frosting and good rifling. Barrel is canted to the left. Action operates smoothly. Left side receiver rail stamped with 7th Series mark and the symbol for the Nagoya Arsenal. There is no provision for a cleaning rod and a flat late style cocking piece is installed. Hand painted number "13785.40" on right side buttstock. Matching numbers on bayonet lug, bolt handle, and extractor. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining less than 30% finish, showing wear and areas of rust. Wood is very good with mostly old handling marks to the darkened finish. Action operates smoothly, bore rates good with good shallow rifling. No visible import marks. (C&R/PPT) 2) #16083, Marked on top of receiver ring with ground off Mum crest over characters for "99 Type". Left side receiver rail stamped with 37th Series mark and the symbol for the Tokyo Juki Kogyo Arsenal. Matching number on bolt handle and extractor. Rifle has been modified by cutting back the stock forend and hand guard and removing the military hardware. Condition overall is good as modified, the metal retaining approx. 10% finish, with most parts covered with rust or patina. Wood is good with stains and handling marks (especially on the buttstock) to the darkened finish. Action operates smoothly, bright bore rates very good with very good shallow rifling. Chinese Type 54 Tokarev Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Two Magazines and Holster, #11009846, 7.62x25mm, 4.6" barrel, bright cleaned finish, black plastic grooved grips embossed with five-pointed stars on each side, blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-notch, and lanyard loop. No safety lever. Both magazines are stamped with mismatched numbers on the floorplates (7599 & 8660). Condition for both is good with wear and patina to the finish. The Chinese military brown leather holster is unmarked. Condition is fair. Much of the green corduroy lining is missing from the interior and the outside shows crazing, scuffs, and darkening. All other fittings and stitching are intact. A good condition steel cleaning rod is mounted to the front loops. Pistol is marked "11009846/66/1964" on left side frame with three characters for "54 Type/11009846" on top of the slide. Condition overall is fair with almost all of the finish worn or cleaned from the metal, now showing overall pitting, patina, and darkening. Left side grip has chips missing from the top, and both show chips and scratches to the checkering. Dark bore rates poor with rust, action and hold open operate properly. No visible import marks. French Proofed svw-45 Mauser P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Post-War Holster and Two Magazines, #3691h, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blue finish, ribbed stamped sheet metal grips, drift adjustable blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes two (2) magazines. First magazine has a standard blue finish and is marked on the left side "P.38"; spine with "WaA706" waffenamt, and "jvd". Second magazine has a phosphate finish and is unmarked except for "718h" located on the baseplate toe. Right side of slide is marked with French applied "(star)"; left barrel flat "WaA135" waffenamt. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a post-war softshell black leather holster, stamped on the inside flap "Mdj" and Lieferer-Nr. 1828". Pistol is in very good+ overall condition. Approx. 95% blue remains, showing light edge and muzzle wear. There are a few patches of mild pitting on right side of the slide. Factory lettering is clear. Grips show moderate handling wear. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Bore is good. There is light pitting and frosting scattered throughout, most notable in the grooves. Rifling is still clearly defined. Marked "ac" on left side frame, with "(crown)B and U" and "(eagle)(inverted heart)" black powder firing proofs on right-side frame and barrel. Lanyard ring missing from butt. Condition overall is good, the metal retaining approx. 90% finish with light edgewear. Grips are very good with light wear. Bore rates as fair with darkening. Action operates poorly with the barrel plunger jammed when the action is open. Hammer and trigger operate smoothly. 2) Leuchtpistole 34, #5552. Marked "ERMA-ERFURT/41" on left side frame with "(eagle)" firing proofs on right-side frame and barrel. There is an additional "(eagle)K" police type stamp on the lower right frame. Matching numbers. Lanyard ring on butt. Condition overall is good, the metal retaining approx. 90% finish, with additional white paint applied around the muzzle. Grips are excellent. Bore is good with darkening. Action locks up and operates smoothly. 3) Leuchtpistole 42, #058853, 6" round barrel, steel construction with galvanized finish, grooved red bakelite grips, no sights, break-open action with button release. Faintly stamped "euh" on left side frame. Condition overall is fair, with most of the finish worn from the barrel and frame, now toned to a darker color. Grips are good with chips and handling marks. Mismatched number on barrel. Pistol has been modified by adding front and rear sights and a new condition reproduction steel shoulder stock to the frame. Condition is fair, the metal retaining approx. 30% finish, now with a majority gold toning. Grips are good with chips and flattening to the checkering. Bore is poor with pitting, action locks up and operates smoothly. 2) #690. Marked "237/1940" on left side frame, with "eagle-swastika" firing proofs and "eagle-swastika 214" inspection stamps on right side barrel and frame. Black checkered bakelite grips with steel lanyard ring on butt. No sights. Condition is good, the metal retaining approx. 70% finish. Grips are good with chips and flattening. Bore is fair with patina, action locks up and operates smoothly. 3) #3749. Marked "237/1940" on left side frame, with "eagle-swastika" firing proofs and "eagle-swastika 214" inspection stamps on right side barrel and frame. Black checkered bakelite grips with steel lanyard ring on butt. No sights. Condition is fair, the metal retaining approx. 25% finish, now with plum-colored toning to the barrel. Grips are fair with heat damage to the left side. Bore rates as fair with patina. Plunger is missing from the frame, and the barrel is now loose but will lock with the lever. Lot includes a period brown leather flap holster in good condition with an additional 9-shot magazine. Pistol is in good overall condition, retaining 40%-50% factory finish, with holster wear and the majority of the thinning finish on the frame, which shows scattered surface rust and erosion. Slide has drifted to gray patina with a mottled brown appearance showing scrapes, scratches and heavy use. Grips are good with mars and scrapes, marked "7.65mm/ 9 SCHUSS" on both sides. Lot includes a period brown leather flap holster in very good condition with tight stitching. Mfg'd 1935-1945. Pistol is in very good to near fine overall condition, retaining 85%-90% of the black enamel finish, with holster wear, scratches and scrapes along the frame and slide. There are no visible import marks. Grips are very good showing wear, use, and flattening of the checkering. Bore is good with light frosting and visible defined rifling. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and "(eagle)88" waffenamt. There is an additional "(eagle)88" waffenamt and asterisk mark on left side of the frame. Numbered parts do not match, and the slide is not numbered. Top, rear portion of the barrel with British proof marks. No visible U.S. import marks. Condition is good. Majority of the metal finish remains but there is light frosting present on the barrel and on parts of the frame. There is also rust patina present on the locking block which would likely improve with thorough cleaning. Factory lettering is legible. Grips are very good and show mostly normal light handling wear. There are a few impressions to the ribbed portion of the left grip; no cracks or significant blemishes. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. WWII German Walther ac-42 P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster, #2031k, 9mm, 4.9" barrel, blued finish, ribbed Bakelite grips, drift adjustable blade front sight and fixed rear sight with U-shaped groove. Pistol also features a hammer drop safety, lanyard loop, and includes one blued steel magazine. Left side of magazine is marked "P.38" and has an "(eagle)359" waffenamt on the spine. Right side of slide is marked with Nazi eagle firing proof and two "(eagle)359" waffenamts. There is an additional "(eagle)359" waffenamt on left side of frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Includes a black leather softshell holster. Backside is marked with "(eagle)WaA933" waffenamt, "P38", and maker's mark which consists of an oakleaf, 9, and a bearskin. This mark has been attributed to Lederfabrik Christof Neuner of Austria. Pistol is in very good condition overall. Approx. 85%+ factory metal finish remains, showing the most wear and patina to the front grip strap. Normal holster wear to the edges and muzzle. Factory lettering and proof marks are clear. Grips show age and handling wear, no major blemishes, but are dirty and need thorough cleaning. Action, hold open, and hammer drop all function properly. Bore has light pitting throughout, rifling is good. Holster rates in fair condition showing general scuffs and scratches. Heavier on the flap which also shows considerable cracking. Left side slide marked "P.38/cyq", right side slide marked "(partial)(eagle)88"(acceptance)/(faint)eagle-swastika firing proof/(eagle)88" (final acceptance). There is an additional "(eagle)88" on the left side frame, barrel, and right side of the blued locking block. Matching numbers on frame, barrel, slide, and locking block. No import marks. Condition overall is very good, the metal retaining approx. 85% finish, with wear around the muzzle and the front of the slide with toning to the front grip strap. Grips are very good showing light scratches and handling marks. Action, hold open, and hammer drop safety all function properly; bright bore rates as very good with very good defined rifling. Lot includes a period black leather flap holster in good condition with an additional "FS" marked 8-rd. magazine showing moderate surface rust. Mfg'd 1920-1940. Pistol is in very good overall condition, retaining 80%-85% thinning and toning factory finish, with holster wear at the muzzle, thinning finish and edgewear along the slide and frame. Straps and trigger guard show thinning finish and edgewear. Rear strap has gone to brown patina. Lot of Three (3) WWII Japanese "Tetesu-Bou" Helmets: 1) Japanese Army Type "Civil Defense" Helmet with star emblem on front. Exterior of shell shows poor condition original matte brown paint with moderate surface rust over the entire shell and some heavier rust at exterior sides of skirt. Original wartime black cloth liner comprised of a cloth covered metal liner band, four black cloth fingers sewn together at the crown in a "X" pattern with a cloth chin cord wrapped through three rings, all in good condition. All metal surfaces of inside of shell has heavy rust and corrosion. No kangi, stamps or other markings are visible through the rust. 2) Japanese helmet with IJN Insignia, possible Naval Landing Helmet, with IJN anchor and star emblem on front, no size, mfgrs or other markings are present. Shell constructed from dome-shaped steel and retains almost all of its matte brown paint. No vent holes are present, and a hole is located on each side and back above the rivets that hold the chin cord rings. No liner or liner ring is present, cloth chin cords are complete and in very good condition. Helmet shell is not a conventional Type 90 shape, shows a more oval shape with wavy sides. 3) Japanese Infantry type helmet shell missing IJA or IJN star emblem on front of helmet. Exterior of shell has been over painted in a glossy dark green almost black paint covering 95+% complete, with a large scratch on the top of the dome and a few scratches at top and sides. No liner, liner band or cloth chin cords are present - all three chin cord rings are present. All of inside of shell has mild rust, paint spots and corrosion. Possibly repainted for some special or parade unit. Est.: $250-$400/Lot.

WWII German Camo Heer (Army) No Decal M-35 Helmet. Entire shell has been brush painted in two-color camouflage - greenish tan and medium green, 95+% complete with a few scratches of wear at dome. Shell has been totally repainted and originality of camouflage application is suspect. Original WWII German style light brown leather liner has been reinstalled and is in excellent condition. Size '55' in a square is stamped on the liner and the name 'H. Dyer' also inked on the liner. Brown chinstrap that is in good condition is present with minor damage. Brown shoelace has been installed for drawstring. Non-original brush painted skirt and dome in good condition. Size "Q 62" and "3055" lot stamps are visible thru the paint. Lot of Two (2) WWII German No Decal Helmets: 1) M-35 Helmet, painted in dark gray-green paint 25%, with major surface rust, scratches and a few scuffs, looks to have had decals on both sides that have been scraped off or removed by other means. Original leather liner is present in complete poor condition, with drawstring, heavy wear, dirt, mildew and breakage, no names or markings visible inside. Has what appears to be an original leather chinstrap that is heavily worn and aged. Shell size 'ET 64' and lot number '764' are readable thru repaint. Interior shows heavy wear, surface rust and dirt. 2) M-42 Helmet, finished in dark gray-green original paint covering 98% of the exterior and interior, helmet is in excellent condition. Original light tan leather liner in complete near mint condition, milt drying and flaking, with original drawstring, size '57' stamp on one finger. No chin strap is present. Shell size '5119' and maker 'CKL 66' are legible at rear of skirt. Interior of dome shows some discoloration and corrosion with visible dome stamp.
