Payment Instructions: We will charge your credit card at the end of the auction for the items purchased, less the shipping charges. Shipping charges will be charged later. We may not charge items won to local buyers, they may pay when picking up. There is no service fee for local pick-up. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared our account. Sales tax will be charged if you live in the state of Minnesota. If tax exempt bring a copy of you tax certificate.

Shipping Instructions: All items are packed in-house. I do charge a sevice fee above the actual postage. Minimum fee is $2.50 for the first or only item. The average service fee is $5.00 Very few packages are ever charged over $10.00 above actual postage, the few that are either require special packing or there is just a lot oof items. Single lot coins & jewelry auctions: Actual postage & 20 cents for each item. Not to exceed $10.00 total shipping costs. This is for USA shipping. I have no problem to shipping overseas, fees may be sightly higher. If you are bidding on several auctions, contact me - I will try to combine the sales.
Preview Date & Times: We are in & out of the auction house. We try to have someone here between 8:00 am & 3:00 pm, however call to ensure that we are.
Checkout Date & Times: Pick-up is preferred as soon as possible. Payment is expected right away.
