Any unpaid invoice after 24 hours will be charged to the credit card used for registration. Any unpaid or not picked up items are subject to a resale fee of 35%. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FIREARM PROCESSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREARM. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if out of state. FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. This fee is $60 per firearm. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL.
