Hungarian M95 Straight Pull Carbine, #M9509309, 8x56Rmm cal., 20"barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock and hand guard, inverted-"V" front sight, and adjustable folding leaf rear sight with "V"-notched groove graduated to 2400 meters. Includes a brown leather sling that is in very good used condition, showing normal signs of age and wear. Rifle is marked "BUDAPEST/M95" on top of the receiver ring. Top of the barrel shank is stamped "W-n(Hungarian crest)18" and is over stamped "W(Austrian Eagle)32" below a large "S" conversion stamp. Matching number (2317D) on barrel with renumbered buttstock being only a few digits off (2313). The unnumbered bolt assembly has been polished, possibly removing the number. Import marked on left side of the receiver. Condition overall is very good, retaining approx. 92% blue, showing areas of light wear, with dents to the buttplate. There is a closed crack to the top of the wrist behind the receiver tang. Wood is otherwise good showing mostly moderate scratches and handling marks to the varnished finish. Action functions well. Modified German Gew. 98 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle, #2082, 8x57mm cal., 22" barrel, blued finish, hardwood stock and handguard, dovetailed inverted "V" front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with "V"-notched groove, graduated to 2000 meters. Includes a brown leather commercial sling. Rifle has been modified by shortening the barrel and forend, removing the military hardware. Top of receiver ring is faintly marked "AMBERG/1917", now only partially visible. Left side receiver rail is marked "Gew.98". There is a faint Spanish "MP 8" stamp on left side of the buttstock. Numbers do not match. No visible import marks. Condition overall is good as modified, retaining approx. 95% reblued finish. Wood is good, showing a putty repair, scattered blemishes and handling marks to the light colored varnish finish. Handguard is from a different rifle and mounted forward of the forend. Bolt handle has been contoured and chromed. Originally mfg'd 1910. Rifle is in fine overall condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% of an old, quality reblued refinish, with light wear at the muzzle, scattered scratches, edge wear, and spots of dried oil. Stock is in fine condition as reconfigured, with scattered indentations and small marks, ending with a checkered steel buttplate with trap, providing a 13" LOP. Action functions well. Soviet Izhevsk SKS Semi-Automatic Carbine with Folding Bayonet, #RL00748, 7.62x39mm cal., 20.5" barrel, blackened finish, laminated stock with handguard, hooded post front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with "U"-notched groove, graduated to 1000 meters. Blackened bolt and bolt carrier. Bayonet has a matte finish blade and is in excellent condition, and locks in place smoothly. Includes a steel cleaning rod tan cotton Soviet sling. Sling is in very good condition. Top of the receiver cover is marked with the fletched arrow Izhevsk Arsenal maker's mark over "1953r". An arsenal refurbishment mark has also been stamped onto the receiver cover. Matching original visible numbers (PE600). Importer applied serial number and information engraved on left side of the receiver. Condition overall is near excellent; metal retains nearly all the arsenal black finish. Wood is near fine, showing some flaking to the finish on the wrist, scattered handling marks to the buttstock. Action operates smoothly. Bright bore rates excellent with well-defined rifling. Receiver is the "postage stamp" type marked "U.S. RIFLE/CAL. .30/INTERNATIONAL/HARVESTER/4533050". Barrel is marked "LMR 5-53" and "FED. ORD. INC. EL MONTE CA." under the operating rod. Most of the parts are IHC. Black oxide re-finish is approx. 90% with wear on the buttplate, and scattered pitting on the receiver. Stock is marked "OR 1722" in the barrel channel with a faint boxed "(Defense Eagle)" on the left and circled "P" behind the trigger guard. Stock was sanded and looks good except for black stains at the buttplate. Included is an AFH bayonet and re-painted scabbard in very good condition. Fed. Ord. import marked. Action works properly. A reproduction magazine pouch, sling, and 10-round magazine are included. Receiver is marked "UNDERWOOD/2875260". Barrel is marked "UNDERWOOD/1 44/(flaming bomb)/P". Barrel has a shadow where a bayonet lug was removed. Parkerized finish is weak throughout from use, the sling swivel is pitted, and the recoil plate is white. Low wood stock is marked with a boxed "GHD/UEF" and "(Crossed Cannons)" on the right side. There is a ".U." (Underwood rebuild) on the left side above the pistol grip. Rifle is in near excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 95%-96% toning blue finish with wear at the muzzle, intermittent light scratches, and a small scrape on the underside of the barrel near the muzzle. Barrel has been glass bedded and shows bedding compound along the edges and where the barrel and forend meet the receiver. Replacement stock has small marks and scratches, and is proud at the tang/receiver, particularly on the left side. Buttstock ends with a ventilated rubber recoil pad, providing a 14.5" LOP. Receiver is drilled and tapped with a Buehler one-piece base and rings added. Factory markings are clear, with a "PARKER-HALE LTD. BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND" barrel address, Import marked on top of the barrel "IMPORTER JANA DENVER COL". Mfg'd 1955. In good condition as refinished, retaining approx. 96%-97% of a quality reblue, showing pinprick pitting under the finish at the muzzle and scattered spots of light surface rust on the barrel. Receiver, scope mount, rings, magazine floorplate and trigger guard all show light surface rust. Bolt displays moderate surface rust, particularly on the extractor and handle. Stock with scattered scratches and indentations, cheekpiece shows flea bite nicks around the edge. Buttstock ends with a checkered rubber Interarms buttplate with some adhesive and fuzz at the heel, providing a 13.75" LOP. Action functions well. Bore is bright with near excellent rifling. Factory markings are clear, with "FROM W.F.SHEARD / TACOMA, WASH." stamped on left side of the receiver. Mfg'd 1911. Rifle is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 85%-90% thinning factory finish, with wear at the muzzle, light scratches, and spots of erosion along the barrel. Receiver shows heavy use with thinning finish, wearing to gray on the lower half. Lever displays silvered color case hardened finish with brighter colors in the protected assembly. Stock with indentations and scratches. Right side of the forend has a repaired 5.5" lateral crack. Takedown assembly functions well. Buttstock ends with a checkered hard rubber "Savage Brave" marked buttplate with small chips at the heel and toe, providing a 13" LOP. Action functions smoothly. Bore is good with some minor erosion; rifling is shallow but still clearly defined. W.F. Custom checkered walnut one-piece Monte Carlo stock with exaggerated pistol grip, cheekpiece, rosewood forend tip and grip cap. Sights have been removed with the dovetails filled and buffed over. Includes two (2) 4-round magazines. Bolt is etched with the matching serial number. Mfg'd 1950. Topped with a Redfield one-piece base, rings, and " J.C. Higgins 6x fixed-power rifle scope in gloss black with a fine crosshair reticle. There are a few light marks on the outside of the scope; optics are clear. Rifle is in very good overall condition, retaining approx. 40%-50% thinning finish with the first 5.5" of the barrel buffed to an even gray, the last 6" of the barrel have been cleaned to gray as well. Receiver retains considerable original finish showing general light wear. Trigger guard is mostly gray. Custom stock is in very good condition with scattered indentations, scratches, and moderate to heavy flattening of the checkering, with an added coat of varnish. Buttstock ends with an FN marked horn buttplate, showing moderate insect damage, particularly at the heel, providing a 13.25" LOP. Action functions smoothly with a crisp trigger. Savage Anschutz Mark 10 Bolt Action Single Shot Target Rifle, #NVSN, .22 LR cal., 26" free-floated heavy barrel, with blue finish. Smooth hardwood one-piece pistol grip target stock with beavertail forend, accessory rail, palm stop, and sling swivels, ending with a ribbed composition buttplate, providing a 13.5" LOP. Includes globe front sight with insert and adjustable aperture sight at the rear of the receiver. Receiver is also grooved for scope mounting. Factory lettering is clear, marked "Made in West Germany" on the left side of the barrel, and import marked "Savage" on the receiver. Imported by Savage from 1963-1981. Rifle is in near excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 95%-96% toning factory finish with surface rust around and on the front sight, intermittent light handling marks and scratches. There is some light rust in the receiver's grooves. Stock is in fine condition with scattered scrapes and scuffs at the front of the forend, underside, and on the edge of the pistol grip. Scope optics are clear. Rifle is in fine condition, retaining approx. 94%-95% blue, showing some thinning, with some spots of scattered pinprick pitting along the barrel. Receiver shows only a few light scratches and minor marks. Stock is near excellent with scuffs and minor marks, ending with a checkered plastic buttplate, providing a 13.5" LOP.
