AUCTION NOTES:
Items close on Wednesday, June 25 beginning at 9AM CST. NSRR is selling surplus items located in Decatur Illinois and Youngstown Ohio! MOW, Cranes, Compressors and More!
LOCATION/ADDRESS:
Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item. Decatur, Illinois and Youngstown, Ohio, Yards and maybe Fort Wayne, Indiana Yard!
TYPE OF AUCTION:
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium/Fees & Terms:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 14% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction. Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is by appointment only - Contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and we will see if the NSRR team can grant access.
Load Out/Equipment Removal:
A crane will be scheduled and onsite on specific days at each location. Loading / Load Out fees will be assigned to each item and will be added to the bid price in order to have this service available for all. Read details in each description. Send the RIGHT trailer and RIGHT/capable truck/driver for the items. EACH DRIVER MUST HAVE THE *BLACKMON AUCTIONS INVOICE/BILL OF SALE* WHEN ARRIVING FOR PICK UP. Items must be removed within two weeks of the auction or storage fees will be charged
Shipping:
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
STORAGE FEES/LIABILITY,
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or two after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees. Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
