All internet bids are treated as if they were given at a live auction. Our clerk will represent your bids as quickly as possible but sometimes other clerks representing other bidders or on-site floor bidders beat your clerk and the auctioneer will acknowledge the first bid seen or heard. The Auctioneers declaration of the winner is final. All Bidders will be held accountable for their internet bids. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
