Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance and equipment (fork lifts, dollies, ladders, tools, etc.) to properly execute removal and Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related thereto. State sales tax must be collected by State Law; where applicable, you will be required to pay such taxes. All sales that are subject to 7.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute.
