Remote / Online Bidders: Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person. Credit Card Disputes: By bidding in this auction, you agree to the terms outlined herein, forming a binding agreement. Any credit card chargebacks or disputes will be fully contested using your bidding history, payment records, and acceptance of these auction terms. Attempting to reverse a valid transaction does not nullify your obligation to pay for items won.
