All online bids require a bidder's paddle number which, in turn, requires registering on Proxibid with a full name, address, phone number, and credit card information. In the case of a disputed bid the auctioneer may decide to reopen the bid or to leave as is. The auctioneer's decision is final on disputed bids. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence. The auction company is conducting this sale both online and in person. We also accept absentee and phone bids and are running on at least one other online bidding platform. Any bids from any of these other sources will be represented as "floor" or "onsite" bids on this platform. BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 19% Buyers Premium charged on all items in this auction (Auction hall receives 17% and Proxibid receives 2% of this premium). If you pick your items up at our facility, and pay Cash or Check, there is a 4% discount. CONDITION INFORMATION: Bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect any items they wish to bid on.
