All buyers will register to bid through the Proxibid website. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and a forklift to load your auction items. If this is an offsite auction we will not have access to a loading dock to load your item safely. Northrop Auction Service L.L.C has the right to refuse to load an item if the staff member feels it is unsafe or is deemed too heavy for our equipment to lift.
