Terms of Sale Thank you for joining us for this auction. At Mid-America Store Fixtures, we strive to bring to the market good conditioned used items that will give you great value in your place of use. We value the relationship with you, our customer, so at any time reach out via email or phone with any questions or concerns. We have worked hard to provide you the best available photos and accurate descriptions of items in the lots. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We are a reseller of USED material and all Lots should be assumed to be the case unless noted as New. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see; please use your own expertise when bidding. We strongly encourage you to ask if you seek further details. YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) is required to bid at this auction. If the bidder is an international bidder, the only form of payment will be via wire transfer, which must be received in our office by 12pm EST the day following the auction. Everything MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the gavel. Transactions of $5,000.00+ we would prefer to transact with an ACH payment, however this is not a requirement. We will reach out via phone to discuss this with you after the auction has ended. “Paid in Full” Invoices will be emailed after payment has been received. Please use the “My Proxibid” feature to review your won lots and understand the charges accumulating through the auction. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED IF BUYER DOES NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH MID-AMERICA STORE FIXTURES (MIDASF) AND ITEMS ARE ABANDONED.
