GOOBL LLC shall not be responsible for errors and omissions in the description of any items. I, the Bidder, have examined/reviewed this property and accept it. PAYMENT: All LOTS must be paid and settled prior to removal. Items not removed within the scheduled removal times along with any payments received on those items will be considered forfeited unless otherwise arranged with GOOBL LLC. A $25 storage fee will apply if items are not picked up within 10 days of auction end time. All items must be paid for within 3 days of auction end and scheduled for pick up. Internet Buyers agree to pay a 13% online Buyers Premium to the auction company. Any wire transfer fees are to be paid by the Buyer. GOOBL LLC will NOT be held responsible if internet service or bidding software fails to work properly. Any bidders who want to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction. GOOBL LLC reserves the right to withdraw any items in this catalog on or before sale date. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold GOOBL LLC harmless from any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
