Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on Proxibid. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargeback's will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Proxibid. No exceptions. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Premier Gallery may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Premier Gallery be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Premier Gallery shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Premier Gallery will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Premier Gallery is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Premier Gallery or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Premier Gallery will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Premier Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Be aware that any display items - Jewelry Necks or trays, baskets, boxes, etc. are used for display only and are the property of Premier Gallery. If a display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description. If buyer wishes to pick up an item from Premier Gallery, arrangements must be made within 1 day of the auction, or storage fees will be incurred. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and Premier Gallery has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees. Since the physical auction is being held in a rented facility, we are not able to leave anything more than a day after the auction. Bidding Increments - Premier Gallery uses standard bidding increments. Bids not conforming to these increments will effectively be rounded down to the lower qualifying amount. For example, a bid of $140 would be treated as a bid of $125. These increments are: Opening Bid Increment $25 - $45 $5 $50 - $90 $10 $100 - $175 $25 $200 - $350 $50 $400 - $900 $100 $1000 & up $250 Premier Gallery sets the opening bids for every lot. No lot will open for less than $25. If no bids are received for that amount, the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in another auction.
