Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Osage Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Osage Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Osage Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All measurements are approximate. If Buyers credit card is declined and buyer fails to pay for their items within 3 days of the auctions end, items will be returned to the consignor and buyer will pay a $25.00 re-stocking fee. Please make sure you have funds to pay for all your winning bids. We run the credit card on file, we do not accept money orders, checks, paypal or other forms of payment. If your card is declined we will call asking for another card that does have funds available to pay for your items.
