Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Sales of real estate will be contingent on the terms and conditions of the auction and based on total price realized during the auction not based on price per acre of a post auction survey. Any firearm that accepts a primer fed cartridge or shell or any metallic cartridge of any kind (including those considered relic or curios) will only be shipped directly to FFL holders or the purchasers designated FFL licensee. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearm will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazines. No firearms will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States except to Alaska and Hawaii.
