We have tried in good faith to offer an honest opinion of the condition, age, etc of every item and have included pictures for each item which should be considered a major part of the description for each item. All items are sold 'as-is'. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on Cars, Trailers & Harley-Davidson's and a 15% Buyers' Premium on all Remaining Items for all online bidders which will be added to the total purchases upon checkout. No Charges will be made on your card until purchases have been made. 2. Accepted forms of payment are Credit Card & Wire Transfer. A 10% deposit (Max $1000) will be charged to your credit card on file following the auction with remainder due by end of first business day following auction and prior to pick-up or removal of any items. 3. Live Auctions tend to move quickly so bid early if you are interested in an item. Mike Peterson Auctioneers is not responsible for missed bids and Auctioneer holds final discretion in determining the winning bidder/purchaser of each item. 4. All Sales are final and All announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material and previous statements.
