Payment Instructions: Terms: Successful bidders will deposit 20% of the purchase price or $2,500, whichever is greater, at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee, sign a real estate contract with a balance due at closing. A 10% buyer’s premium will be in place at the auction. Broker Participation: A two percent (2%) bid price commission is available to registered brokers.
