Note: Lot numbers that wwill determine the selling order will be changed on Saturday, July, 28, 2007. 1)There will be a 13% buyer’s premium for online sales. Payment is due in full on the evening of the sale. Acceptable terms for online sales are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or an irrevocable bank letter of credit guaranteeing your check. 2)Credit card bids, AMA will charge a $500.00 deposit to your credit card at time of registration. The $500 will be applied to your purchase(s). If no purchases are made, your deposit will be refunded within fifteen days of the sale. 3)Winning credit card bidders will have their credit card charged total purchase (including the buyer's premium) upon completion of the sale. This transaction will occur immediately after the winning the lot. If payment cannot be secured at this time, bidder will be contacted immediately to provide alternate payment method. If payment is not secured at this time, bidder forfeits all rights to lot won and the lot will be rerun through the auction. 4)The Restoration bike must be picked-up for shipping purposes between the hours of 8am - 12pm EST on Sunday, July 29, 2007 from the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Failure to have the bike shipped will result in a daily storage fee of $300 plus the shipping fee. 5)There will be an 13% buyer’s premium with 1% paid to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Payment in full is due on the evening of the sale. Acceptable terms are: cash, bank checks (this seems to be the best method of secure payment - the checks are made payable to yourself and frequently done in increments of $2000 to $5000, depending on how much you plan to spend), travelers checks, or an irrevocable bank letter of credit guaranteeing your check. The letter must be currently dated, addressed to the Dominion Enterprises, and include the account number on which the check will be drawn and the amount of funds to be covered by the guarantee. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 6)Bidders who bid from offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, genuineness, and value. AMA shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AMA willnot be responsible for any errors omissions in the description of the motorcycles. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
