FULL PAYMENT: 12% buyers premium and 8% NY state sales tax (unless tax exempt) or (except those items with titles that require a title transfer) will be added to the winning bid to reach the total contract price. All sales are final upon the award of the bid. Full payment must be received before removal of purchase. In the event the buyer fails to pay the full invoice price of any item(s), or fails to comply with any other terms of sale, the auction company shall retain the item(s). The item(s) will be subject to the auction company’s storage terms. If the Bidder fails to pay, he/she may be 'black flagged' on Proxibid by the Auction Company. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers harmless from any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. 5. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the Proxibid bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. 6. Loading Assistance and Storage: Loading assistance available. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to make all necessary arrangements to remove their item from the premises. PICK UP OF ITEMS IS AVAILABLE Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. between March 16 and 27, 2015 unless other arrangements are made. If you are unable to pick up your purchased items during this time other arrangements MUST be made with auction company. Any item(s) remaining in the auction company's possession is subject to the auction company’s Storage terms. Storage cost is $15 per day per item. In the event an item still remains in the auction company's possession after thirty (30) days, the auction company may, at their discretion, sell the item(s) absolute, no minimums, no reserves.
