We do not provide tracking numbers, it would take us too long to individually email each recipient. If you question our shipping charge, simply weigh your package when it comes, calculate the postage, add $4.75 & insurance & you will arrive at your charge. When the auction ends, it takes 3 to 4 days for the funds to clear. We then package & and re-charge your card on file for shipping costs. This can take another 3 to 4 days for those funds to clear. We then schedule the post office to pick our items up & they are immediately shipped to you. If you do the math, that can take up to 8 business days for those funds to be available so that we can get your package to you. When you are bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to these terms. Your feedback should not reflect those things that are out of our control including shipping TIME, shipping COSTS, & breakage. We have the right to block any bidder from bidding on our auctions. We understand frustration when items take a while to be delivered, however, we are not holding them, we are waiting for the funds to clear. We work very hard on our end everyday to make our buyers as happy as possible with their purchases. If you have been "declined" to bid, chances are you have left our company negative feedback without any communication what so ever. We understand problems arise, but using the feedback system to "fix a problem", in our opinion, is reckless and malicious. Auction companies are left defenseless with this current feedback system and the only way to protect ourselves is to discontinue working with the few who we feel are being harmful to our company. We work hard on our end every day. We are an honest & trustworthy family. We do not leave out useful information, pictures or details just to "make the sale", that is not how we operate. We do ship our own items out and it does take us some time to do so, it will take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, that is a fact. TWO Very elegant triple light candelabra with prisms has removable center piece Holding 2 Glass Vases. Each bobeche holds 8 spear prisms. The only imperfection we can find is underneath the circle of one arm that holds the vases has a slice that is barely noticeable, it could be sanded smooth. From a high end estate....more

One flower is missing. The flowers present have a small chip or two on the petals which are not easy to see but worth mentioning. Shade has a crack in it but still in great condition for it's age. Awesome piece!!!...more
