AUCTION TERMS OF SALE This auction is presented by; Rarities Room Auction-Houston, Texas; whose principal auctioneer is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR). This is a public auction which includes: floor,email,and online bidding. • A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold through floor/email or phone bids. • A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all "online" bids. Online bidder's will be contacted after the sale to complete the payment process. We would suggest all online bidders also email their contact/credit information to us at: coinvalu@yahoo.com to expedite the shipment process. • Floor bidder's are required to pay in cash for the first $200. in purchases on their successful lots. This allows us to keep our buyer's premium at such a low rate of 10%. • Floor/email/phone bidder's paying by credit/debit/Paypal will incur an additional 3% bank process fee. • Email bids need to be received by 12:00 noon the day of sale at: coinvalu@yahoo.com • There is no sales tax on coins/bullion purchases in the State of Texas. Those that register as "tax exempt" must fill out an exemption form with a valid tax ID number. • Payment of purchases may be made during the sale, following the sale, or next day as announced by the auctioneer. No lot will be released prior to full payment. Online bidder's please contact us/site. • Payment is to be made in U.S. funds; cash, approved check, Mastercard/Visa,et al. ID is required for all non-cash payments. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, etc., a bank processing fee up to $30. may be charged. • Shipping: Successful absentee bidders who require shipping will be invoiced a USPS fee including insurance. • This sale is a "with reserve" auction, in which some lots may be subject to a minimum bid established by the owner. We do guarantee each item to be genuine. • Each item is described to the best of our ability, but no warranty is given to our description either verbally or written.
