When Military items are offered and as everyone should know, the hobby of military collectibles is a wide and extensive hobby. We, at Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. try to research and validate military items offered for auction as extensively as possible. We send photos of various items to many different people who have different fields of expertise pertaining to the hobby. Many times we get several different expert opinions on the same item.
Is it Good'...Is It bad'.....Please bid on items based on your own expertise and knowledge and if more detailed photos are needed, please request them at least 48 hours before the beginning of the auction. The area our auction house is located in, is a very high retirement based area and we come across many estates of military veterans. We want to be able to service your collecting desires over the long term as military items continue to come forth from various veteran estates and from private collections!
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. BUYERS WHO DO NOT OR CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE ITEMS THEY PURCHASE: If a bidder is unable to receive an item purchased because he is denied transfer of a transfer under legal restriction, or is unable to successfully arrange export or import of an international purchase, or for any other reason not solely Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc.’s fault, the buyer is still responsible for payment in full to Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. for the hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium & additional expenses. The buyer may request shipment at the buyer's expense to an FFL dealer to resell a gun on the buyer's behalf. If buyer does not notify Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. of such arrangements within 10 days of the auction date, Bagwell & Assoc. Auction Co.,Inc. may resell the lot at a future auction, charging the buyer the current standard seller’s commission for doing so.br>
