2016 PORSCHE GT3 RS

Lot # 1432 (Sale Order: 201 of 259)

Launched at the Geneva Motor Show in 2015 the RS version of the GT3 is essentially a street-legal raw track-ready improvement over its already impressive GT3 stablemate. A striking difference in appearance is immediately apparent in the louvered front fenders and Turbo-like intakes in the rear wings while a roll cage bucket seats harnesses fire extinguisher mounting bracket and carbon fiber and lightweight accents adorn the purposeful interior. 500hp from the 4.0-liter flat-6 engine is transferred through the 7-speed PDK gearbox to propel the RS to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds. A standard Club Sport Package and fully adjustable racing suspension rear-axle steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus with fully variable rear axle differential lock are yet more racing systems that with weight-saving features like a magnesium roof help the car circumnavigate the N...rburgring in just 7 minutes 20 seconds. All with a kicking stereo air conditioning and cruise control! The car offered here presented in the stunning white over black color combination shows 314 actual miles from new on the odometer and comes with an impressive options list which includes a full leather/Alcantara interior package and extended range fuel tank. From the Steve Todhunter Collection.

2009 FERRARI F430 16M SCUDERIA SPIDER

Lot # 1433 (Sale Order: 202 of 259)

Unveiled by Michael Schumacher at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show Ferrari introduced a new dual-purpose track car to commemorate its recent unprecedented 16th F1 Constructor?s Championship. Named ?16M Scuderia Spider? the lightened car was an open-top 430 Scuderia customer competition car featuring the same increased-output V8 producing 503hp backed by a 6-speed manual transmission. Due to the convertible configuration the chassis required structural reinforcement and Maranello?s engineers offset the added weight with increased use of carbon fiber throughout the car. Produced in very limited numbers the batch of 499 examples were generally available in black but the 16M was also available in a tri-color livery under the Carrozzeria Scaglietti Personalization Program. The example offered here in Rosso Corsa livery with tri-color stripes was optioned with red-painted brake calipers carbon-fiber door sills and special stitching to the black leather interior. Currently displaying only 1825 miles on the odometer this beautifully presented two-owner 16M is documented with the original Window Sticker and service records. From the Steve Todhunter Collection.

2016 PORSCHE 911 TURBO S

Lot # 1434 (Sale Order: 203 of 259)

At release the new Porsche Turbo was met with a little skepticism. Now that the Carrera and Carrera S are turbocharged where would the new Turbo S fit in to the hierarchy? When the press cars were handed out the car firmly asserted its identity. That identity is laid firmly in the realm of performance. An additional 20hp was extracted from the 3.8-liter of the previous Turbo S for a total of 572hp in little more than 3600 pounds. The car will see 60 mph flash past from a standing start in just 2.9 seconds. Upgrades are abundant. Just about every part of the car has been revised from engine internals to bigger variable geometry turbos slightly wider 20? center-lock wheels to a 4-wheel drive system which gets a faster-acting electro-hydraulically operated clutch pack to shuffle the torque more promptly. A Sports Response button on the new steering wheel-mounted driving mode selector primes the twin-turbo 3.8-liter engine and 7-speed automatic transmission for big overtakes ensuring the right gear is engaged for maximum forward thrust. This brilliantly engaging Turbo S is offered in Rhodium Silver over a very stylish black and Garnet Red leather interior. With 1823 actual miles on the odometer this formidable and highly optioned car features a full Aero Kit carbon-fiber accents and upgraded audio infotainment system among the extensive option list. From the Steve Todhunter Collection.

2018 MCLAREN 720S

Lot # 1435 (Sale Order: 204 of 259)

Taking Lotus? Collin Chapman?s mantra of ?just add lightness? to a whole new level Bruce McLaren founded his company on adding lightness and a whole lot of power. His legacy lives on in McLaren?s latest in their range of ferocious supercars the 720S. At 710hp the formidable twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 drives the rear wheels through a 7-speed automatic to eye-watering performance. Various driving modes can be called upon including Comfort Sport and Track settings. It even has a Drift mode. With extensive use of carbon fiber throughout the new Monocage II tub including windshield surround and the center roof section weight is down to little more than 2800 pounds with the same torsional rigidity for the coupe and spider version. Styling has marched on too from the 650S. Sleeker and more muscular with a rear that bears a distinct resemblance to the McLaren P1 with the rear wing in its deployed position. The top-hinged doors open to a cockpit reminiscent of that of a fighter jet. There is some supercar theater in the form of the power-tilting digital instrument display; it folds away and is replaced with minimal rev-counter and speed-readout information when the car is switched to Track mode. The car offered takes the base price of $284000 and adds a few things from the concessions: a 12-speaker audio system electrically operated steering column and (heated) seats upgraded wheels and yet more carbon fiber. The total MSRP after the addition of all of those options was over $340000. Resplendent in its striking Azores over black interior livery this road-going stealth fighter has covered a mere few hundred miles in the hands of its single owner and is accompanied by all books and keys. Launch edition. Comes with fitted leather luggage. From the Steve Todhunter Collection.

2015 BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT3-R

Lot # 1438 (Sale Order: 207 of 259)

Bentley has always produced cars for the sporting driver. It was the way the company was separated from former longtime partner Rolls-Royce: by its racing heritage. The company reverts to the history files from time to time with racing programs like their frequent trips to Le Mans including the recent bid with the Speed 8 of 2001 to 2003 and lately the Continental GT3 built for the Blancpain Endurance Series in Europe and the Pirelli World Challenge in the United States. In the vein of racing on Sunday selling on Monday Bentley produced the road-going GT3-R but in Bentley style it is not a GT3 with license plates with roll-cage and stripped-out interior but more of a massaged GT V8S inspired by the GT3. With a 51hp increase to 572hp and a little extra torque this very limited-production factory custom was available to only 300 lucky recipients prepared to spend the $135000 premium over a standard car. Over 200 pounds were shaved primarily by the removal of the rear seat titanium exhaust and a little extra use of carbon fiber. With new turbos and engine internals and a few tweaks to the management systems the 4800-pound car will propel to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds. Upgraded wheels tires and ceramic brakes as well as lower tighter suspension pour feedback through the Alcantara-wrapped steering transforming the car?s competence through the turns. The car offered here in a very striking Beluga Black over Beluga Black interior offset by the green accents exclusive to the GT3-R has been meticulously kept and enjoyed for just 883 actual miles since purchase. With its twin-turbo W12 engine is backed by an 8-speed automatic transmission this GT3-R is a road-ready modern classic. From the Steve Todhunter Collection.
