Winning Bidders will be sent an email to schedule their appointments from Shipping Saint after the close of the auction.
- The Loading Doc on the property is is 21" High. See Additional Pictures in this Lot
- Cabinet measurements reflect individual cabinet boxes and are approximate. Measurements do not include top or bottom molding or end panels on cabinets.
- The air compressors and all items listed in the basement must be brought up a flight of stairs to remove it from the building. Please preview these items prior to bidding and contact a rigger to determine the plan and costs for the logistics to move and transport any large item items you will need assistance removing.
- We strongly urge bidders to preview auction prior to bidding to confirm measurements and logistics plans for themselves.

PAYMENT TERMS AND EXPECTATIONS
YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CLOSE OF AUCTION.
Please Note: Rosen and Company / Buddy Barton Auctions do not have access to bidder credit card information. If the credit card on file is declined, bidder may be subject to an additional $35.00 fee. To avoid this charge, please confirm your information is updated with Proxibid before auction closing by calling them directly at 887-505-7770.
PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING
IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION, IT IS THE WINNING BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE AUCTION COORDINATOR WITH UPDATED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS AT TIME OF PICK-UP.
BIDDERS WITH UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID AFTER 24 HOURS IF THEY DO NOT TAKE ACTION TO REACH OUT TO AUCTION COORDINATOR AND PAY THEIR OUTSTANDING INVOICE.

Rosen & Barton does not ship items. However, you may contact a Rigger, Mover or our local UPS agent directly to arrange for them to pick up and ship your items to you. See "Terms & Conditions" for more Information
