Description Finnish VKT Lahti model L-35 chambered in 9mm with three, eight round removable magazines and a 4.6" barrel. Blued steel frame with stock lug, lanyard loop, and checkered polymer VKT grips. Frame mounted thumb safety and heel magazine release. Blued singe action trigger. Blued barrel and slide with loaded chamber indicator. Serrated bolt charging ears. Fixed front blade and rear U-notch iron sights. The top of the slide is stamped with "VKT" "L-35" and [SA] property stamp. Matching serial number 4780, stamped on the frame, slide, and bolt. Comes with original ATF import paperwork and letter from exporter. This pistol was directly purchased from one of the previous owners of seven years in Finland by the most recent previous owner in the United States. It was sent to a Finnish exporter than imported by Simpson LTD, which is marked in small font on the bottom of the grip frame. This information is found in the included documents. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Conditon: Good/Very good with scratches and normal cosmetic wear from handling. Small spots pitting throughout. Normal wear on the moving parts from operation. The original barrel on this pistol was 3 3/4" and was chambered for 7.65mm. As this pistol was originally manufactured post The Treaty of Versailles where Germany was restricted on what barrel length and calibers could be used. This pistol was later re-barreled by the Finnish with a 4 3/4" Tikka barrel, due to the Continuation War. Glossy blued short type frame with stock lug and checkered wood grips. Blued wide trigger with narrow trigger guard. Blued thumb safety lever with "GESICHERT" marking. Blued barrel and receiver. Blued barrel with flat checkered toggle knobs. Dorsal fin front blade and V-notch rear sight. The top of the barrel is marked with the Tikka logo. Blued toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Dorsal fin front blade and V-notch rear sight. The left side of the receiver is marked with Crown over N nitro proof and [SA] Finnish Army Acceptance Mark. WaaA135 Waffenamt is stamped on the left side of the frame, left side of the barrel, and twice on the right side of the slide with Third Reich Eagle stamp. Description World War II United States Marine Chinese Embassy Presentation Dagger. Made in China for the US Marines Stationed at the Embassy between (1938-1941) which was around 100 personal. In May 1941 the Marines were withdrawn to the Philippines where they fought the Japanese until they surrendered in May of 1942. Subsequently sent on the Bataan Death March, few of these daggers survived these engagements. Features a dual edge Fuller blade, double quillon cross guard, celluloid covered wood grip with brass wire wrap. Enameled brass pommel cap and grip slats with Chinese Nationalist flag alongside the United States flag. Top of pommel has USMC insignia. Black lacquered wood scabbard with metal enameled accents of a Dragon and USMC Eagle Anchor and Globe. Blade measures 9.75" with a total length outside the scabbard of 14.5". Smooth wood top forend and pistol grip stock with cupped trap door metal butt plate. Mounted with a leather sling. The receiver, bolt, and bolt carrier are stamped serial number matching. The firing pin carrier and locking flaps are serial number matching in electro-pencil. Third Reich Eagle stamped on the receiver, barrel, and bolt. Waffenamt 359 is stamped on the receiver, under the rear sight, trigger, and bolt cover. Unknown Waffenamt on the barrel and bolt. WaAA44 Waffenamt is marked on the bolt carrier. The stock has custom inlayed "HLM" initials on the bottom, and a added wood cheek rest with hard rubber cover. Dual bead sights with white rear and red front.
