The butt-plate is in very good condition with a touch of oxidation and a few scuffs and scratches. The stock is in good condition with moderate field wear throughout and a repair where they installed the scope mounting hardware. The bolt and receiver are in excellent condition with no major finish damage or oxidation. The rear adjustable sight is in excellent functioning condition. The front and rear barrel bands are in excellent condition and are tight fitted to the rifle. The rifle is mounted with two sling slots for mounting a shoulder strap, in very good condition. The front hooded sight and muzzle are in excellent condition with very little finish wear. The cleaning rod is stuck in rifle but in very good condition still factory greased. The rifled bore has a light grain to it otherwise very clean. Mosin Nagant M39 Sako in 7.62x54R with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 27" barrel made in 1943. This rifle has Finnish Army proof marks. The bolt action rifle is in very good condition with light all-over wear. The butt-plate is in good condition with touches of metal oxidation, scuffs, scratches and dings. The two piece hardwood stock spliced at the fore end is in good condition with heavy field wear, scratches, dings and contact wear. The magazine box and trigger are in excellent condition with a few light scratches and wear. The bolt and receiver are in very good condition with a few scuffs and scratches nothing major. The rear adjustable sight is in excellent functioning condition with no oxidation or damage. The barrel bands are in excellent condition tight fitting and still with a lot of finish left. The muzzle and front sight are in good condition with most of the finish worn off and light scuffs and scratches throughout. The cleaning rod is stuck in rifle but otherwise in excellent condition, clean and sharp rifling. This rifle does not come with a bayonet. The rifled bore has a light grain to it. This rifle is mounted with four points to attach a shoulder strap in two different positions, these are in very good functioning condition. Great smooth bolt action and crisp trigger pull.
